Een zeer vriendelijke host, stond altijd voor je klaar. Het huis is prachtig gerestaureerd met oog voor detail. Leuke zitjes binnen.

Fantastic location, great taste for details all across the place, superb room and excellent breakfast. Besides, Jean-Charles (the owner) has been a super-attentive host. Highly recommended.

Great host. Nice room, very clean and good facilities.
Breakfast could have been more varied.

A magnificent visit to Bordeaux and surroundings, and one of the top reasons were Jean Charles and Petit Garros. My sisters and I were looking for something bucolic, with view to the vineyards. We dedicated 1 day to Bordeaux, 1 to St Emilion and 1 to Fronsac and Pomerol (don't miss chateau Thailhas). Petit Garros was perfect. Nice property, best rest ever, (0 noise level, comfortable beds), superb shower, delicious breakfast and on top of all, the best host, Jean Charles, funny, helpful, kind. Thank you so much for having us!

The location was so beautiful and peaceful, the decor was stunning and was amazing to be surrounded by the vineyards. The hosts JC was so friendly from the moment we arrived. Would have loved to have stayed longer

Really lovely B&B. Jean Charles was so helpful and very professional and made my stay very happy and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much.

very friendly to humans and dogs :) Lovely gardens

We absolutely loved it. we particularly loved the fact that it was remote. Saying that, it was still very close to a number of lovely restaurants and only 20 minutes from Saint Emilion. Jean Micheal took such excellent care of us. he booked everything for us and everything was beautiful. We are already looking forward to staying again.
check in time at 5pm is a little bit late, we could use the facilities (pool) which was lovely but if we could have accessed our room a little earlier that would have been great.

The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Went above and beyond to make restaurant reservations, brought ice to our room when requested, volunteered to carry our luggage upstairs and explained the lights, etc in our room, etc etc.. very lovely couple and felt like we were friends by the time we left.

Rooms are spotless, large and hugely comfortable plus breakfast is excellent. Location for both Bordeaux and the numerous wine regions is brilliant, however it is also slightly off the beaten track so you can easily find solitude and relaxation. Jean Charles is the most hospitable, helpful and friendly host, with exceptional local recommandations and knowledge. I would recommend this as a must for anyone visiting the area and will look forward to returning.

The character of the property and its secluded location. Both bedrooms were very clean and characterful. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep.
Breakfast was continental and included tasty home made jams and marmalade.
It is quite a way from the road and town, which didn’t matter to us.

It was a charming place to stay and the staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

Owner was very hospitable and nice breakfast, clean rooms. Great location but needs a vehicle.
Nothing major. It was a little simple and the photos make it look better than it is. Just keep your expectations normal and you will be fine.

Exceptional property and host, comfortable beds and spacious rooms
A little remote but worth the trip

This B &B is a beautiful, charming place where you feel it is loved and cared for. The style is a modern mix of bohemian and traditional furnishing, which makes you feel at home in the minute you step through the door. We had a gorgeous room with a stylish bathroom on the second floor. It was super clean, which is so important especially during Covid time . We were very happy that the B&B and room was warm and heated since it was winter. Plus the bed and bedding were heaven ! Our host was lovely, attentive, thoughtful and welcoming to us and our dogs throughout our stay. In the morning we enjoyed a good fresh breakfast where everything was tasting like “made of quality”.
There is nothing not to like.

The house is authentically gorgeous, clean and warm (we were there in October). The owner is extremely welcoming and made sure we felt at home. The communication was seamless, whether in the app or via text messages. We will be back:-)

The owners were lovely and spoke perfect English. The house is in the most pretty quiet surroundings with vineyards on one side and the Dordogne river on the other. Breakfast was also superb. All in all a great stay and we would highly recommend Petit Garros.
