Für eine Zwischenübernachtung okay

Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels war zuerst sehr ansprechend. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Apartment für 3 Personen. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt, haben war es in Ordnung. Länger als eine Nacht hätten wir allerdings nicht bleiben wollen. Ich glaube hier hängt es davon ab, welche Unterkunftsart man wählt. Vorne raus, an der Straße befindet sich eine Tankstelle, daneben ein kleiner Supermarkt. Hinter den Hütten ist Wald, unser Ausblick war allerdings nicht berauschend. Das Frühstück war einfach, wir haben aber auch nichts anderes erwartet. Liegt direkt an der Grenze zu Norwegen.

Bad zwar mit Sauna, aber winzig und nicht sehr einladend. Sauberkeit war so lala.

Hyvin miellyttävä paikka yöpyä ja tulen aivan varmasti kayttämään tätä paikkaa uudelleen

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja riittävän monipuolinen. Huone todella siisti ja viihtyisä, tarpeeksi iso ja hyvin varusteltu joten mitään ei jää kaipaamaan jopa parveke oli iso. Paikoitustulat autolle ja latausmahdollisuus erinomaiset, viihtyisä ja turvallinen sijainti. Huoneet olivat super siistejä ja hiljaisia joten naapurihuoneistakaan ei kuulunut ääntä. Kaikkialla paistoi selvästi, että tätä paikkaa todellakin hoidetaan hyvin , mikään ei ollut rempallaan vaan kaikki täysin kunnossa eikä kulumia etc. ollut missään havaittavissa. Siisteydestä ei koskaan voi kehua tarpeeksi sillä tämä ON TODELLA SIISTI PAIKKA !! Suosittelen ehdottomasti.

Booking.com varaus oli tehty asiallisesti ja heidän viestissä sanottiin, että varaus veloitetaan kokonaisuudessaan luottokortilta päivää ennen tuloa. Tämä ei kuitenkään pidä paikkaansa vaan se maksetaan hotelliin suoraan vaikka viestissä toisin sanotaan. Kuulema en ollut ainoa joka oli saanut tällaisen viestin varauksen yhteydessä. Syynä ei siis ole hotelli vaan Booking.com ilmoittaa sen väärin.

Vaelluksen jälkeen majoitus ajoi hyvin asiansa: sauna, ruoka, sänky.

We liked our cozy room and the private sauna. The staff was very nice and helpful. Exceptional service for the hotel as well as the restaurant. We booked a Snowmobile and Ice Fishing trip with the hotel and the staff was more than flexible with our wishes. We had an awesome day on the Snowmobiles and ice and received a lot of helpful information. Felt safe and comfortable with the staff and even caught a fish that was prepared by the chef for us to have for dinner. We loved the food of the restaurant. We would definitely come back.

Good base for exploloring the area

Karigasniemi is not very interesting village, but anyway the hotel was located in the middle of it. The room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was super good especially to fuel up before hike

Spacious, complete and OK apartment for our small family.

It was a small apartment complex detached from the main hotel building. OK, complete and spacious apartment but a bit old of everything (but all functioning). Friendly staff, very good value of in house restaurant for dinner and good location as pit stop for rest when going to Nord Kapp. We did see aurora when staying here (had to step outside)!

Nothing to dislike, just all was a bit old. I asked about WIFI and the staff said "there is maybe WIFI". In reality no WIFI and if visible on the phone, not able to connect for some reason (during our stay). Luckily we had sufficient mobile data to plan our next day journey with. I wish there were better instructions about the apartment (how to use sauna, fire place, thermostat and etc.).

Nice new facility. Comfortable rooms with nice balconies. Very good restaurant: good food, well priced, nice lunch buffets, excellent breakfast. Friendly, accommodating, helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant.

No wifi. Wifi was down all 48 hours I was there. That’s a substantial inconvenience in 2021 when you have work to do and when the only alternative is your own cell phone with roaming charges. If something had to be missing, I’d have preferred no electricity or no hot water. Also, housekeeping: my room was not cleaned between nights one and two.

Surprisingly new and fresh hotel comparing to the surroundings in the small village.

New facilities gave a luxury feeling. Good food in the restaurant.

No table service in the restaurant. Back yard beneath the balcony was filld with construction material.

A good spot on the road.

Breakfast was good. Dinner pizza was good and place was atmospheric. Good parking space. Good and comfortable beds. Cozy rooms with a fridge and spacious bathroom.
