Les difficultés du tout mécanique sans aucun contact

Je n'aime pas ces hôtels où tout se fait mécaniquement, donc sans aucun contact. En plus j'ai eu un problème avec le petit déjeuner, payé mais à prendre à tel endroit. Or c'était fermé ce jour là et je suis allée à côté où j'ai payé. Pour le check out, j'ai expliqué cela là soeur du patron mais j'ai dû tout payer. Ce monsieur a mon numéro de compte. C'était 4,60 €.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliato

fantasticamente al centro della città a due passi letteralmente dalla piazza del Duomo; pur essendo centrale le finestre hanno sigillato completamente il rumore proveniente dalla strada. Pulito e dotato dei servizi menzionati. Ottime le istruzioni per l'accesso

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera numero 2 e la porta del bagno strisciava sul pavimento creando un rumore fastidioso; consiglierei di rimediare

Con qualche accortezza in più sarebbe TOP

Le stanze sono spaziose e mi piace il fatto che sia in centro, ho trovato i letti abbastanza comodi, la stanza era calda al nostro arrivo e Piazza del duomo è proprio a due passi, non è lontano dalla stazione direi neanche 10 minuti a piedi.

Purtroppo quello che non mi è piaciuto è stato quello di trovare sulla ciambella del water delle macchie giallastre( che a suo tempo mi dissero che era candeggina gialla....consiglio di cambiare prodotto perché sembra tutt'altro e non fa una bella impressione, poi io sono una persona che appena arriva in un posto controlla subito la pulizia della stanza ) e che il bidet non fosse fissato al pavimento, mancava anche la guarnizione in silicone attorno e in questo caso non penso valesse il prezzo che ho pagato.

Great inexpensive spot for a quick stay, with just the bare minimums.

Great, easy check-in for a quick stay. We actually enjoyed purchasing 2 rooms, one for the kids and one for us. The property was inexpensive enough to make this possible. Central location was really nice as well.

The beds are stiff and the rooms are dated. The wifi was down so that was unfortunate. The could have provided ceramic cups for coffee because they did offer a kettle with instant coffee.

Nel pieno centro di Pistoia

Stanza e bagno confortevoli, alloggio in pieno centro storico e vicino alle principali attrattive. Personale molto disponibile nel fornire le indicazioni logistiche (parcheggio pubblico gratuito appena fuori le mura, 10 minuti a piedi) e anche a prendere la targa dell'auto per avere il permesso per girare nella ZTL (anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito, avendo usato il parcheggio).

Non chiaro il fatto che la colazione fosse in un bar vicino all'alloggio.

Amazing place to stay in Pistoia, I would deformarli come back here when visiting friends again

The place was very clean and in a very central position. The cleaner comes in every day and makes the bed too. Works like an hotel basically. There is breakfast for free at the pub nearby.

Lo mejor fue poder alojarme con mi mascota. La habitación era amplia y tenia todo lo que se necesitaba. Perfectamente ubicada, a una calle de la cafetería donde poder tomar el desayuno y de los monumentos principales de Pistoia. La propietaria muy amable, nos reservó el parking ya que el alojamiento se encuentra en una zona ZTL.

Fue un poco complicado acceder al parking sin tocar la zona ZTL, pero fue mas problema nuestro y del GPS que del alojamiento.

Very good breakfast in nearby caffeteria with the best coffee. Good location in the center of Pistoia. Easy access with keybox.

The parking was public and we had to pay for it. The room was small for 4 people, and also small bathroom.

Breakfast at San Giovanni, one of the best in Pistoia. Very clean room + perfect position (central so please don't complain about the evening chatting in the street.. it is normal and the windows were new and good in covering the noises)

Centrally located in stunning surroundings

A pleasant upstairs room with fridge, microwave, etc, and a nice ensuite. There was a helpful file with instructions and advice in several languages. Complimentary breakfast was available at a nearby bar with friendly owners. Location was very central, and Pistoia (on the rail branchline between Florence and Pisa, and near Lucca) is well worth a visit. I had trouble getting in initially, as I didn't have WiFi once I'd left the train, so I didn't get the owner's message with access instructions. But with the help of neighbours and the owner's sister, who lives in the block, I got in.

Everything was very good, although it would have been helpful if Booking.com could have mentioned that I needed to be online on the day - I could have bought some roaming data or texts

The room is very okay, ventilation perfect.

We had to wait in the cold with our kids for almost an hour before the doors were opened and we were checked in. We ringed the door bells for almost one hour and nobody answered, we started ringing bells of other residents until we got a woman that helped us call the owner of the hotel. It was a terrible experience. Also there's mosquitoes in the room 😒 Also we couldn't get car park as we were told, they lied about having a kitchen and please it's just a hotel room and NOT an apartment as we were made to understand.

Appartment is located in downtown of Pistoia. Even that bars, caffees, restaurants are very close, you can sleep well and have your privacy. Very clean, nice stuff. Breakfast is typical traditional Italian in local caffees.

Comfortable overnight stop after day's travel.

Good location in centre of Pistoia for our first overnight stop in Tuscany, not too far to travel from Pisa airport. Very pleasant small town with nice restaurants. Breakfast was included which was taken at a small café just up the road. Our host Renzo was very pleasant, met us at the accommodation after I'd phoned him, and explained about parking, etc... checking in was very straightforward.

Right in the middle of Pistoia Town Centre

B&b is in a Super central location, only a few meters away from the main town square and only 10mins walking from the train station. Self-check in was easy and quick, and the owner was very helpful to guide me through it, and helping me to get around the town with taxis, etc. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Maybe add some instant coffee for the kettle in the room
