Very nicely decorated, excellent room services, staff were very helpful and breakfast / food served were excellent.
There was a false fire alarm that went on for some time on the first day - it would have been great if they could have muted that. Rug in the room was a little unclean, which could have done with a deep clean. Shower’s floor level maybe set wrong also, almost flooding the whole bathroom from time to time.

Everything was perfect- location, personal in reception, breakfast

location and style are excellent, beds super big and comfortable.
property bigger than expected, fridge in the room does not work, my room was dark and overlooked. small duvet and getting out of the shower was difficult due to the bath and very large panel you had to climb over, could not imagine the old or someone with mobility issues being able to do this without help.

great location and helpful staff
thought breakfast was chaotic and the management should invest in a commercial toaster rather than a broken domestic toaster

Great location to explore Helsinki. Beautiful building and good atmosphere. Really good bed and comfortable spacious room.
Service at the breakfast area was poor. A lot of dirty tables each morning, so maybe understaffed. We had to wait for coffee each morning almost until we had already eaten.

Location is super central, the hotel itself is really nice and contemporary, the room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a wide selection and was really tasty!
The only downsides were the door in my room which connected to next door (I am never a fan of this as a solo female traveller), and the lift wasn't working properly so I had to use an alternative which only took me so far.

Breakfast and the restaurant take place in a historic basement with columns made of stone. History allover. The annex buildings dates back to the 13th century.
I had problems with my leg and the historic staircase in the annex caused pains because of its narrowness.

Good old, full of traditions, spacious room, excellent breakfast for vegetarian

Good beds, stylish, nice welcome at the reception.
The windows can not be opened, so you have to use the airco

The location is good
The hotel interior really needs painting and fixing. Everywhere scratches and stains. First room we got was such that we were able to hear normal talking from the room next to us. With 300 €/night price (not even including breakfast) this is not acceptable. We were able to change the room. But overall experience is "Not worth the price".

The breakfast was delicious/great variety. Location was fabulous within walking distance shops/bars restaurants/attractions.
Everything was excellent

Very friendly reception staff, gave me a quiet room as I asked and as they promised. It was not to be taken for granted on New Year's Eve. I also got a breathtaking view on Art Nouveau buildings and the fireworks as a bonus.
I didn't get access to the restaurant without the Covid certificate. I'm not an antivaxxer, just a bit hesitant to participate in the worldwide experiment, but let's not go into this subject. They brought me a cup of tea and fruit on a plate, though, which I had in the lobby, so I was happy after all.

size of the room, decorations and beautiful bar space
breakfast was not good, quality was poor for the standing of this hotel
