Manoleas ligt erg mooi. Er is een ruim terras waar prima eten wordt geserveerd. Het is op loopafstand van het strand.
We hadden een 2 en een 3 persoonskamer. De 2 persoonskamer is erg klein. De 3 persoonskamer heeft mooi uitzicht op zee

The owners were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs and food there was just amazing.
The are no possibilities in the village in winter.

We loved the location, the delicious breakfast and the hospitality

We had an event the reason why we stayed there, down stairs at the tavern. Food was a 7/10 drinks and waiters and waitress. Sophia the host was nasty and rude. I’ve never meet such a rude host before. Booking had ask us how many children and adults were staying at the hotel so it can give us the proper rooms and she had the nerve to ask for more money from us. she said I charge by the head here. I told her booking said how many children and I put three child and 5 adults and gave us two rooms. we were able to manage just right. she was asking for the money and chased us into the lot. until her husband said we don’t need the 40 Euros from them just walk away.
Also I kept the AC on into the rooms and she would go and close it. we would go back and it would be burning hot. she had some nerve. There’s other properties nicer with nicer people. it was just an event near by reason why we booked it

Nikos and Sophia (the owners of the property) are so sweet people and definitely we didn't feel at any moment as a commodity, really welcoming and warm people.
The facilities were good and the owners were very helpful with any request we might have had. We've had breakfast there all days and honestly we were fully satisfied by the quantity but also quality of the food.
The property is located next to the beach and surrounded by steep hills which we went for some hikes.
Their tavern is without a doubt one of the best in the surrounding area (that includes restaurants or taverns in Leonidio too), the food was super tasty.
Thank you for your hospitality and good vibes, we will definitely return!🙏

The price was obviously great, but that doesn't mean that there is no minimum standard to meet.
The location was excellent.
The staff was polite.
The tavern was good.
The toilet did not flush properly.
The aircondition was so noisy that it was not possible to sleep with it on.
The balcony had no dividers and so it was shared with the other rooms.

very kindness staff, delicious breakfast, clean

The owner was very friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. For example they provided dinner in their restaurant when they, like all restaurants, were closed for a national strike. Breakfast were great and included local fresh orange juice and eggs from their chickens. Fantastic value.
The rooms are basic but have everything you need with on suite bathroom with shower. Opening onto a balcony overlooking the sea.
The location is good as long as you have a car. The local beach is not great but the small port of Sabatikis is lovely with beach front restaurant and only 30min walk away.

Very friendly, warm owners that make you feel at home and come back for your next vacation. Nice, quiet location with a sea view. Good food, customized breakfast. A small kitchen with a water kettle and a microwave available. Also racks to dry your clothes on the balcony. Aircon works well.
The building and rooms have seen better days. Pretty old furniture and small rooms, but actually everything one needs is there. Lots of mosquitos.

Best location, simple and fully functional rooms, fantastic owner and staff. The essence of Greek hospitality.
