Would perfer a hotel closer to the lake the next time

Its a standard luxury hotel, with good service and comfort

The chateau has been renovated in a very banal way, lost all its charm, quite disappointed when we arrive. And its not close to the lake

Nous reviendrons !

Le lieu était magnifique. La chambre Deluxe était très spacieuse. Nous avons eu la chance de diner au Skylounge alors qu’il était complet. La fondue était succulente. Petit déjeuner interessant.

La pluie 😂 ce qui ne nous a pas permis de nous promener dans le magnifique jardin.

Value for money luxury (with some room to improve)

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood between city and lake. Elegant common areas, friendly staff (especially Racine), and delicious dinner and breakfast.

No reminder sent to book a restaurant table in advance (they seemed to have very limited capacity), spa was nice but many functions (like bubbles and sprays) did not seem to be working. Service at breakfast and at the bar was very friendly but not always super efficient.

空港でスーツケースが行方不明になり、不安な滞在でしたがスタッフの皆様のおかげで翌日無事受取ることができました。これも、サボイホテルという立派なホテルのおかげだと思っています。短い滞在でしたが、朝食の美味しさ、部屋の清潔さ、プールの美しさ全てにおいて素晴らしかったです。

探しても見当たりません。

Hotel Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa

Frühstück sehr gut und ausgewogen Erreichbarkeit per Bahn ausgezeichnet. Anbindung an die ÖV in die Stadt oder an den See vom Hotel aus ebenfalls super! Das hauseigene Restaurant ist sehr gut. Der Spa-Bereich war geräumig und nicht überfüllt.

Das hauseigene Restaurant ist zwar super aber die Auswahl könnte grösser sein. Die Preise sind im Verhältnis zur Portionsgrösse ebenfalls überteuert

Beautiful jptel with great SPA, nicely located in Lausanne.

Room was nice and spacious with a nice design. SPA area of the hotel is very nice and there was always place for everyone and everyone could find some privacy (we were there in summer). Perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. The hotel itself is very beautiful inside. Location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the metro station and walking distance to the lake. We would definitely be happy to be back.

There is a sky bar at the hotel with a very beautiful view, but we could not enjoy it as we only had time on Saturday evening and on this day it was booked for the private event and this was not mentioned to us upon check in (on Friday). Just if we want to be picky - walls in our bathroom were not very clean, but you dont expect this from the hotel of this level.

Exceptional

This is truly an exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The room with lake view was amazing. The rooftop bar was incredible . Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating.

We are repeat guests and really do love this hotel - beautiful building, lovely rooms with balconies, great spa, nice location walking distance from the lake.

Unfortunately the service was a little disappointing this time around - staff not very attentive and getting orders wrong (more than once).

Great stay at a stylish hotel with a lovely spa

Great hotel, beautiful, stylish rooms, excellent spa with heated pool and an outdoor space you can swim to. We got a room upgrade to one with an amazing view of the lake. Delicious breakfast and lovely staff. Already our second time here!

The kids were requested to leave the pool at 6 pm, which was a bit of a surprise and a disappointment for my 9-year old.

Great birthday long weekend stay!

Our thanks for a great stay! Wonderful place and an awesome service. The ambience was perfect. Extremely helpful, professional, accomodating and immaculate the entire staff was always ready to help us with information or to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had a wonderful experience at Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa, from check in to check out, the front desk personnel made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Amazing service, excellent breakfast, great spa, special welcome gift - sweet birthday cake for our son, free public transport ticket offered by hotel. We received the best-case scenario. Hotel service offered us a room upgrade with gorgeous views of Lake Geneva without even asking for it. It was excellent way to start our birthday long weekend. We would definitely recommend this hotel! We‘re looking forward to our next stay. Probably the best hotel experience we have had in all our travels.

Everything was truly royal

we had a very large room with a great view on the city. The breakfast is fabulous (even though more choice would have been welcome). Special mention to Youssef who was very lovely during our stay. The spa is great as well!

The hotel boats with a lot of art nouveau features and both old and new part of the hotel look beautiful. The staff is very helpful and the spa is very well designed.

It is very difficult to find out how much was access to the spa and it qas not clear how much the treatment costs
