The location was perfect. We had breakfast included which was excellent and varied everyday, there was always something. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were really spacious and clean. The staff were all so attentive and friendly. Would 100% come back.

We could’ve done with some free weights in the gym, but other than that it was really well equipped.

the staff was super kind, polite and helpful. the pool very nice, many sunbeds, pool always cleaned. the hotel super clean, the cleaning room service very good, change the towels, vaccum and cleaning the bathroom and floor everyday.

the breakfast was a bit poor, not many options, not many fruits and breads. The same with the dinner, as we were with half board included.

Good stay for a short visit

Room was very comfortable and quiet. Great big bed and nice relaxing balcony view with the sunset. The staff was kind and helpful.

I was not happy with the breakfast. It was not what I usually experience at four star hotels. The cold cuts selection was looking poor and bit old and the hot selection came dry and/or oily. Scrambled eggs contained lot of water, did not try to have it. I would be happy with bigger selection of fresh fruits apart of orange and grapefruit. I also did not find options of lactose free and gluten free food.

We got by.

breakfast was extremely limited and poor which ruined the entire experience. Ukrainian refugees were staying at the same hotel and the vibe was quite awkward. Guests were allowed to order an English breakfast or Omlette which was the most oily and badly cooked breakfast I have ever eaten. No chance of fresh tea or coffee or water - everything was dispensed from a machine. I cannot say I would be happy to stay there ever again unless there was no other choice.

Poor property, food choice and no coffee.

Lovely and private, amazing views

We really enjoyed that the hotel was a little out of the way of the main tourist area. It was quiet and private, but still with gorgeous views. The breakfast was lovely and there was a huge variety to choose from. The double bed was so big and comfortable, and the cot we requested even came with a mattress, which doesn't often happen when you go away, so we all had good sleep!

Nice hotel, the style, the position. Excellent cleaning team and a special thanks to Ms. Svetlana at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Disappointing the breakfast, we had a feeling more than once to don't eat fresh food. It was even visible part of it. The quality of the food of the restaurant/bar faced on the sea (I do believe is the same kitchen) not at the level of the 4 stars hotel. I avoided it for the rest of the week. The manager of the rooms not at the level of his position. I asked for an upgrade of the room where on booking.com was cost me "tot" euro, he asked me more behaving to give me a discount when they would already save much more such as I was doing there with them. So at the end instead of the pay less, I paid more if I would do through booking.com. His attitude was not at a level of his position, at least I didn't find enough professional on his answer and behaviour. I would definitely advice the ownership to keep careful about these points because all the rest it was simply perfect.

Overall good hotel, with some minor points for improvement on the "rules & regulations"

New modern rooms. Very comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Beautiful view from the sea view rooms. Breakfast had many options, especially sweets. Simple food, but big variety. Everything was tasty and fresh. Down from the hotel - small cosy beach (but it's advisable to have swimming shoes - too many rocks). 2 minutes walking from the hotel is the biggest main beach of Protaras (great sand, blue water). The hotel's bar by the beach had surprisingly good prices and tasty food.

Beach towels - very small, look & feel more like the regular towels. Check-in procedure was weird. They just gave us the A4 with instructions to read, and no towel cards. Then, when you come to the room and read it, it appears that you need to go to the reception again, stay in the line of other people checking in and then pay for the towel cards. The first impression of the hotel service was ruined immediately. Why couldn't this option be given straight away at the check-in not to make guests stay in line twice? Overall, got the feeling that the hotel had way too many rules for their visitors. Like, for using the towels after checkout - €2 per towel. It's not about 2 euros, but about having this funny charge in the end of the stay in a 4 star hotel. Sunbeds only by swimming pool. No sunbeds closer to the beach (which is okay, but just to keep in mind, if you wanted the beach front holiday next to the sea).

The hotel was in a really nice part of town

For some reason in Cyprus they think the British don’t cook there eggs The scrambled egg was like water and the fry eggs were uncooked.I really can’t see the point of having a fridge in the room that is not cold.
