Host's hospitality, general household arrangement, cleanliness. Reasonable distance to train station. Household items such as cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar, washing powder etc. Even some intellectual little things for children (interesting for us).
Nearby the Madatech museum
gloomy street, though green

Once we found where to get the keys the person was friendly, but not much else.
This is an apartment NOT a guesthouse. There is no sign for the property. Even people living locally didn't know it was there. Once the owner appeared we were told parking was on the street if we could find a space and was expensive during the day. Not good.
In the apartment you could here all the neighbours talking. No soundproofing.
Returning after a walk we were met by cockroaches in the property. The only place we have seen them in 2 weeks of travelling around Israel!
Its advertised as 4 person. This is a bed and sofa bed next to each other. Only channels on TV were Russian. (We put this on whilst trying to find where cockroaches had come from.

Very polite hosts. Initially there were bedding for 4 people, but our family are 5, so they brought in extra bed.
Hosts were flexible about our arriving time
Not very comfortable shower. Water was dripping into the room, and it was impossible to avoid this.
Not enough bath towels were given.
2.9
The room was comfortable and nicely arranged.
The TV was not working otherwise everything was good.
