Un hombre entra en nuestra habitación a las 3 de la mañana

Se abre la puerta abruptamente, se enciende la luz y entra un hombre en nuestra habitación la madrugada del día 3 de agosto. Entramos en pánico. El hotel no dispone de personal de recepción por la noche. Llamamos al número de urgencias y el director/gerente responde "Señora ha sido un error y no le puedo dar solución a estas horas". Pasamos el resto de la noche sin dormir vigilando la puerta. Por la mañana dejamos el hotel. Casi a mediodía nos llama el director/gerente, acepta la gravedad de los hechos y se compromete a subsanar de forma immediata tal negligencia. Nunca se produjo dicha subsanación ni más contacto alguno por su parte. Nos fuimos con muy mal sabor de boca. No recomendamos bajo ningún concepto la estancia en el hotel temático Do Banco Azul.

J’aurais aimé être avertie que la chambre donnait sur la fête => nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit De ce fait je trouve que ça fait cher nuit Pour un tel désagrément

Hotel con encanto y vistas al mar

Ubicación inmejorable con vistas al mar, hotel super bonito, limpio, personal muy majo y desayuno buenísimo.

No nos funcionó el aire acondicionado y estuvimos en ola de calor. Con la humedad que había, una noche nos fue casi imposible dormir. Les recomendé que pongan instrucciones en la habitación para que no le suceda a más gente.

regretable au niveau service client absent

Bonjour, Suite au contact avec le service clients de Booking, je confirme que la réception de l’hôtel était fermée alors annoncée ouverte de 8h à 18h. Je suis arrivé à 16h. Le chemin d’accès en voiture à l’hôtel, assisté par Google est difficile (rues très étroites, escarpées, voiture mal garées). Obligation de faire appel à la police pour accéder faute d’instructions. Elles m’auraient permis de stationner au port et de monter des escaliers. Des instructions sont arrivées à 18h11 suite à ma plainte. A mon arrivée, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Personne pour m’aider ! Un même manager, Jacinto doit gérer 3 hôtels distants de 60km. J’ai attendu 3h avant son arrivée à 19h. J’ai eu droit à un « sorry » et que je pouvais aller voir ailleurs à 19h ! Cet hôtel devrait être fermé faute de personnels et de clients (je suis le seul client) Ce ne sont pas des robots et traducteurs qui compensent le service d’un humain. Un rapport qualité prix de 81€ à mi-mars est surévalué compte tenu du niveau de service. J’attends un dédommagement. Merci par avance

Agusto en Fisterra y en en Hotel Tematico Do Banco Azul

Nos ha gustado mucho todo en general, la situación, la habitación, el desayuno... Nos han atendido muy bien y todas las necesidades que teníamos nos las han facilitado. Es un lugar muy recomendable.

Aunque tiene en el desayuno productos sin gluten (cereales, galletitas saladas...) no hay mucha variedad.... pero por decir algo a mejorar, porque si que nos gustó el desayuno, por ejemplo, añadiría algún tipo de leche vegetal.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location.

Stayed in the Camino room, which had a lovely view of the ocean. Room was excellent.

No place to sit and have a drink in the hotel.

No hospitality at all

When I arrived the door was closed. You had to call a telephone number. A child answered. The father send me an sms. No hospitality at all. Breakfast was disapointing. No posability to order a drink.

disappointing.not an hotel.self service rooms with an average breakfast.

great views.two very nice people running the place 4 hours per day. 8 to 12 in the morning.otherwise you really are on your own. a smart,stylish place,just no service,i mean none.

this is not an hotel,it is self service rooms with a very average breakfast. on street parking,a lot of steps and stairs.you really are on your own in this place.stick to the basic rooms,otherwise it is toooooo expensive. 180 euros per night with no service is well over the top. breakfast,not much choice,not much of it and nothing cooked. not at all what we were looking forward to,the room or the breakfast. pity,the place really could be brilliant.

Fantastic hotel to stay in after Camino

Beautiful heritage property restored to modern standards, very comfortable rooms. Our regular doubles had sea views which was a bonus. Breakfast buffet outstanding, even a gluten free section.

Nothing - there could be better signage for where to ring doorbell when receptionist is not present.

The room and hotel was perfect to celebrate walking 800 kilometers!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, my room was immaculate, and the view of the ocean inspiring. I loved that the room had a small refrigerator because I chilled some white wine and had some charcuterie on the terrace over-looking the ocean. And the nest sleep listening to ocean waves all night. Also highly recommend their restaurant up at the lighthouse. incredible food and service.

Breakfast was very nice. Location and view were very, very good. Staff was as helpful and kind as you can imagine. They even took the time to make reservations for us a a great restaurant.

A great place to spend a few days in Finisterre

Wonderful hotel in a great position. Very comfortable beds, huge shower, breathtaking view, delicious breakfast. The staff speaks several languages and is very helpful. Highly recommended.

arrogant boss,we had waiting 30 min...we arived at 18h ...hotel was closed-nobody there,very unfriendly welcome after 35km of walking you not expect this. He just care for my credit card 😔

It was a perfect few days to end our honeymoon Camino

We loved everything about the hotel. We had stayed there in 2016 when we first met walking the Camino de Santiago so it’s a very special hotel for us. New owners & staff lovely, location is perfect & our room overlooked the ocean so a bonus.
