5 minutes from the beach - very clean

The hotel is located 7 minutes walk from the beach. The room was very clean and had all that we needed. The walls are a bit thin but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways. The hotel owners are very friendly and accommodating. There is a lovely piadina place nearby for a quick bite.

Very friendly family-run hotel, delicious homemade dinners. Great location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Quiet surrounding, free parking no problem. Rental bikes available. Great value for money !!

We could leave the luggage at the hotel prior to checkin and after checkout.

Great breakfast, availability of tea and coffee all day and night round. I could keep my son's insulin and medications in the hotel's fridge.

I would have preferred longer breakfast hours, as it was available only from 8AM till 11AM, which is a bit restrictive for the night owls in my family.

When we remember our holidays in Italy, it will be thanks to this hotel.

Here we spent a beautiful summer holiday. We paid extra for the dinners. We made no mistake about it. The dinners took our breath away. After the second course, we were slowly getting up to leave, but no, there was still dessert. As I don't like sweet Italian breakfasts the menu here was plentiful enough. The air conditioning was running smoothly. The cleaning lady took care of the cleanliness every day. I also took advantage of the parking at the house, free of charge. I only had to leave my car keys at the front desk in case they needed to move the car.

The shower was a little smaller. I also gained weight there because of the local cuisine, I don't know if that's a plus or a minus.

Lovely family-run hotel close to the beach with one restaurant very close by and within walking distance of the centre of Cesenatico. Good breakfast with a mixture of sweet and savoury. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It is also excellent value for money.

Very good

apart from one important minus point that I already specified, the hotel was more than enough to meet our expectation. first of all room, towels, floors etc. was clean. It is located in a nice, quite street with park in front of it. Distance to the beach is 3 minutes by car or around 8-10 minutes on foot. Breakfast was enough and delicious thanks to the lady. They were helpful and polite. thanks.

the family room we stayed was without air conditioning. It was stated with AC but there was only a fan. owner offered us another solution but the room was too small (we were 4 in total) so in the end we were obliged to stay without AC with the temperature between 35-40 Celsius. I highly suggest them to either update room facilities by specifying with or without AC. or else it won't be nice to give a big surprise to their guests.
