Séjour agréable mais chambre (en terme de taille) et salle du petit déjeuner pas au niveau.

La possibilité de disposer d'un parking dans l'hôtel, la localisation de ce dernier et le personnel.

Le prix élevé du parking (10 € par nuit). La salle du petit déjeuner au sous-sol de l'hôtel, certes bien décorée mais sans lumière du jour. Enfin et surtout la petitesse de la chambre (très difficile de circuler et impossible de se croiser autour du lit, la partie salle d'eau et WC séparé étant toutes 2 suffisamment grand).

très beau séjour pour la St Valentin

Je tenais à remercier la personne de l'accueil qui nous a donné une nouvelle chambre qui correspondait plus à la chambre réservée sur le site Booking.com L'accueil vraiment très sympa !! la vue de la chambre comme je l'avais rêvée. Et le p'tit déj très bien.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons séjourné pour une nuit au 2 ème étage côté parking dans une chambre calme, propre, confortable et équipée d'un grand lit. A l’accueil, nous avons été bien conseillé pour trouver un restaurant pour aller dîner. Le petit déjeuner était complet, avec du choix et des produits de qualité.

Quelques revues à lire à l'accueil auraient été appréciées, vu la météo...

Séjour professionnel très agréable.

la literie très confortable et l'établissement est très bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Hors saison, j'ai été surclassé avec une chambre vue océan.

Chauffage par soufflerie un peu bruyant. Seulement 2 places pour la recharge des véhicules électriques dont l'accès à l'une des deux est partiellement obstruée par un poteau d'éclairage empêchant un véhicule de se garer. Prix du petit déjeuner un peu élevé.

Big rooms

The upgraded room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We arrived late, and the front desk employee was very helpful. We found front street parking and didn't need to pay for parking.

Pretty much everything was good. As stated on the site, the nice beach is about 30 minutes walking. Not much around the area.

Quiet and comfortable hotel in sunny Arcachon

The hotel is in a quiet part of the town, very close to Plage d´Eyrac and to numerous restaurants. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, staff were very helpful. There is a lovely terasse on the roof, where you can have a drink in the afternoon/evening. The room was a bit small, but I had everything I needed and a lovely balcony leading to the quet parking place. For those without a car, a bike rental is nearby. I had a very nice time in the Best Western Arcachon Le Port hotel and will definitely stay there again if I am ever back in Arcachon.

Everything was perfect.

Perfect hotel for people that have focus on a healthy indoor environment, well-being and comfort.

I was in contact with the hotel when I did the booking, and before our arrival, regarding some questions. As a frequent traveler, both privately and for business, I prioritize a healthy indoor environment, which for me also includes avoiding hotels that are polluting the indoor environment with scented cleaning detergent and/or "air fresheners" etc. Best Western Arcachon Le Port replied that they only use nonscented products for cleaning the rooms, and no "air fresheners" is used. Upon arrival, this was 100% confirmed, and it met our expectations. We got two bright and clean rooms. Both rooms had small balconies. The hotel offers a good breakfast which, we also enjoyed a lot. During our 4 day stay, we also had the pleasure of using the rooftop bar at the hotel, which offers a nice view over Arcachon. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area, approximately 1 km from Plage D´Arcachon a beautiful sandy beach. On behalf of the entire family, I can give my warmest recommendation of Best Wester Arcachon Le Port. And if we are again in the area of Arcachon, we will for sure book a stay at Best Western Le Porte

Modern, clean hotel 20 minutes walk from town centre.

A refurbished hotel on a quiet street with a roof terrace which has a bar and fabulous view but no pool. The rooms are air conditioned, bed comfortable, plenty of hot water. Good breakfast and plenty of private parking. The staff are lovely and very helpful who speak moderate English.

great way to escape the fray in Arcachon!

the hotel is off the main drag in a very quiet quaint part of town close to the sea. GREAT coffee machines in the rooms and using all compostable recyclable packaging for their in room amenities.

Very disappointing and overpriced.

Not the usual standard we have learnt to expect from a Best Western. Entry door badly signed and hard to find plus 15 euro parking charge on top of the price of the rooms was far too much to pay for such a disappointing hotel.

Nice, comfortable hotel, close to the harbour, with safe parking.

Great location with secure parking. Very fresh and clean. Lovely quiet room with a great bathroom. Lovely girl on reception, who was most helpful, in every way. TV hidden away. appropriate, large bright mural on the wall. Security safe. Everything we needed, on our journey North.

Could have more electric sockets. Strange curved shelf under the TV fixture. Not really big enough to work on.

A great hotel for discovering Arcachon

We chose this hotel mainly for the secure parking and also the central location, both of which it offered. From our arrival, the staff were charming and helpful. The room was great, the bed huge and very comfy and the little bar area was well stocked. Breakfast was good too. All round a comfortable hotel in a central location for discovering Arcachon.

it was new, beautifully designed and decorated. quite area, pleasant staff and I felt in a safe environment as an woman travelling alone and getting stranded in Arcachon due to a transportation strike.

Will certainly stay there again!

The room has a very spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. The beds are very comfortable. The balcony is an added bonus with a very clever sun visor. Well worth taking the breakfast, great choice and variety. Very helpful and accommodating staff! Extra Bonus, the Roof top terrace with great views!

Simply the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel, plus, everything was spotlessly clean, contemporary (with Maison du Monde furniture and fittings everywhere).and a superb location. We're definitely coming back.
