posizione, arredamento casa, doppi servizi
impianto elettrico (molte lampade non funzionavano e alcune prese erano in disuso), la spazzatura dentro l'atrio de portone: davvero un puzzo violento

Unique and gorgeous place with high ceilings and lots of character. Perfect location walkable to all the great restaurants in Trastevere. We had an issue with our key the one night and the host responded immediately and helped resolve the issue.

Spacious well equipped apartment in location good for tourists.
Next door restaurant occasionally rowdy, but always quiet by 11pm.

The apartment was well airconditioned and spacious. Everything we needed was there! The host was friendly and helpful, responded quickly. Buses go nearby to most places in Rome. Can absolutely recommend it!

I absolutely loved the property. The apartment was beautiful and it was in an incredible neighborhood. It was very close to restaurants and bars. Antonella was very responsive and welcoming.

Great location, very near public transport and fabulous restaurants.Apartment was very spacious and well equipped.Antonella was very welcoming and gave us recommendations for restaurants. As suggested in a previous review I would recommend a taxi from the train station/airport if you have luggage since the local streets are very uneven cobblestones.

Antonella is an amore. super accomodating and kind. her house is a real experience with its amazing furniture and SO welcoming with all those unusual little details that make a whole difference: dish soap, even dish washer soap, waste plastic bags, coffee!, bathing soap in the shower, a welcoming wine and water... It is a really complete house with everything you need. The area was quiet in February and the house is right next to the touristic destinations starting with the magnificent Santa Cecilia (literally next door). There were a few mini markets around but if u are planning to stay a few days better go to CONAD in viale de Trastevere, a bit further. lots of good places to eat around. We will repeat!

Antonella was very helpful and easy to contact . location is excellent, easy to walk everywhere, but in a lovely part of town , not quite as touristy as other places , close to bars and restaurants, beautiful furniture, ambiance, spacious, comfortable, just perfect 🤩

gorgeous home, true Italian charm, airy, super spacious and bright. well equiped and comfortable. traveling with our 18 month old so great for him to have some space to explore. 2 bathrooms is always a bonus. washing machine was so good to have since we were there in height of summer heat. AC worked beautifully.
really not a big deal as we didn’t expect to have a dryer in the first place but - the dryer didn’t seem to work. only caused an issue for us as we thought it was drying our clothes overnight and when we realized it hadn’t we had nothing clean/dry to wear. oops! it could have been user error. we used the drying rack after that and all was well. thankful for the washing machine just got ourselves in a pickle for one day.

we had everything we wanted, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom. even coffee and wine from Antonella. location is so perfect, everything is nearby: colleseum 20 minutes, pantheon 30 minutes, grocery store 10 minutes max. 100% worth of money!
a little problem with pressure of water, but it doesn’t bother at all

Great location, beautiful old apartment, tastefully decorated. Great bathrooms, small but very functional kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Warm & comfortable for our February visit. A delightful place to stay.
Perhaps a small microwave would have been useful, but really there was nothing negative about Antonella's beautiful appartment

The apartment is about as close to perfection as you can expect to find in a short-term vacation rental. it’s cozy, comfortable and well-located in a quiet part of the lively, central Trastevere district. Conveniently, there are two bathrooms, and the kitchen is properly equipped with up-to-date appliances, so you can cook (which we didn’t) if you wish. There are very good restaurants nearby, including La Gattabuia across the street and Le Mani in Pasta (for fresh seafood) two minutes away near Piazza Santa Cecilia.
Nothing.

Antonella was a great host. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Lovely hot shower and good heating for winter. A beautiful historic building will everything nearby.

The hostess was waiting for us. She handed over the keys, explained amenities, appliances, provided us with a welcome basket with beverages and gave us a list of suggestions, places to visit, restaurants, convenience store, where to get a taxi service, tickets for bus, metro, and offered us to arrange a transfer service from the apartment to the airport for our departure. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and safe.
This really does not apply to us. We were very comfortable during our stay.

Spacious rooms, traditional house/apartment with renovated kitchen and bathroom.
Internet speed could be improved but it's not a big problem. You can be connected without problem.

It was our first trip to Rome and it was perfect! Antonella’s place is great, she’s herself very nice and kind person. She welcomes us with the bottle of great wine, some snacks and some tips of how about this marvelous city works!) Definitely recommend this great place to stay, u’ll have a great time!

Very spacious and comfortable. Excellent location - easy walking to great restaurants and into the centre of Rome, also close to tram and supermarket. Trastevere has a lot of interest too. Our host Antonella provided excellent suggestions of places to eat and visit. The music from the restaurant below was no problem - it stopped promptly at 11pm each night and added some local character.

Location was superb,
Apartment very good.
Wasn’t shown how to work anything,
Couldn’t get the oven to work so the Owner had to visit on day 4 !! But the gas stove still didn’t work (wasn’t told we had to buy a lighter)
We threw a lot of food away, we couldn’t cook breakfast & had to eat out 5 nights out of six which we didn’t intend doing (that’s why we got a apartment) it spoiled our stay. 7/10
