Fantastic, well equipped and located apartment.

Everything about this property was exceptional. The photos don’t do it justice, it was spotless & there were lots of thoughtful touches that meant we lacked for nothing. Darija the host went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met with excellent communication every step of the way. Run don’t walk to book this property for your next vacation, you will not need disappointed!

Excellent

We had an amazing stay at this property, Darija was an amazing host who meet us on check in, she went through the property to explain how everything worked, she gave us recommendations and helped us get tickets for attractions. The apartment was very clean with everything you could need and more! It was in a great location, only a minute walk to the beach and about a 5-10 minute walk to the old town. Would highly recommend this property, it was a great stay and would love to stay here again.

Top Wohnung

Sehr saubere Wohnung an super ruhiger Lage, 7 Gehminuten zur Altstadt und 5 zum Strand Bačvice. Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen privaten Parkplatz (ist eine der wenigen Unterkünfte in Split mit Parkplatz). Am Morgen und Abend schätzten wir den Sitzplatz an der Terasse. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet; wir haben lediglich den Wasserkocher und den Geschirrspüler fur die Tassen und Gläser benutzt.

Wonderful hospitality from Darija. Lots of extra touches and fruit and wine really made us feel at home. The apartment is literally 3 minutes to the beach and 10 to the Old Town, so wonderful location.

Nothing really. It was hot (july) so no air con in bedroom was hot, but there was a fan for this room which did help, and an aircon in sitting room was great.

Wonderful, clean, well-equipped Apartment

Super clean, wonderfully equipped apartment. Great towels, bedding, kitchen items, etc…. Fast internet, great TV and appliances. Location was very quiet and safe. Perfect host.

Some less-than-picturesque areas between the apartment and downtown.

Secret quiet jewel in the middle of the chaotic city centre

The apartment is centrally located with a safe parking spot within the property which is of great value in Split. The location is superb overlooking the harbour with beautiful sunsets and a peace of green and quite spot in the middle of the city chaos. The apartment is extremely well equipped there is even a box of toys for your little ones a little green garden you may enjoy as a prolongation of your terrace. As we stayed there just before Xmas the apartment gave you also that holiday spirit. The owners really thought of everything so there is nothing you will miss in here. It offers even amenities like toothbrush, comb, slippers, ... You are welcomed with a bottle of fine local white wine, finest tea selection as well as coffee selection and plenty of fresh fruit. This apartment is a real jewel and the host (Darija) is always just a phone-call away for any further info or support you might need.

Home away from home ...

excellent place to stay with Family. Beautiful house with all the comforts and equipment you are used to at home :) The host was extremely helpful and was very quick in answering our communication before arrival. The location is also good. You can access Split beach with little walking. The apartment was large enough to comfortably house a family of four. The host placed a nice bottle of wine for the welcome and it was such a nice gesture. Croatian wines (especially from Bogdanusa grapes) are something to not miss. Overall, a fantastic stay.

The access to the car park is via a thin alley and that might be a little challenging to spot for the first time. But the host couldn't do anything about it as this was the only access to the property via car. so nothing to blame her. For a moment we thought we were lost but then we saw her opening the parking gate and we were relieved. Later we got to know that it is more about getting used to to park in the vicinity and it is way of parking there.

Wonderful stay, really amazing apartment and top host!

We had a fantastic stay in Split and Momentum Apartment. We would like to say big thank you to Darija for her amazing hospitality. This is the second time we are visiting the apartment. We think this is the best place to stay in Split - modern design, extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean facility! All in the apartment is fully equipped and very functionally. Daria has thought of everything her guests would need. The location is more than perfect - it's near to the beach and within short walking distance to the old town. We highly recommend it and would happily go there again!

Nicest property we visited in Croatia.

It was well appointed and the owner was very communicative. If I ever visit Split again I will definitely stay there. It was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Clean and spacious with gated parking.

Perfect

We had an excellent stay at this property. it is a fantastic location: bakery around the corner for pastries/pies/pizza slices and cold drinks; beach is literally a 2 minute walk and only 10 minutes to the old town. The apartment is spacious for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and the terrace a lovely place to sit out. It was very hot when we were there (33-34 C) and the air conditioning worked really well, as did the wifi. Darija was amazingly helpful and kind. She left a lovely welcome pack and answered all our questions. She assisted us in every way she could. would definitely stay here again if we return to Split.

Perfect apartment in Split

Everything about this property is perfect - the location, size, cleanliness and amenities. The host Darija is exceptionally helpful, and I can’t recommend it enough. It is in the perfect location in Split - a 2 minute walk from Bacvice Beach and the ferry terminal, and less than 10 minutes to Diocletian’s Palace and the Old Town. It has a parking space and is located in a very quiet gated building. You even have access to your own private garden. Darija has thought of every little detail and the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and a comfortable living room with a large TV. The beds are comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Absolutely Perfect!

Absolute perfect stay. Location is perfect, close to bacvice beach and short walk to old town. Quiet surroundings and facilities close by. The appartement was absolutely perfect for our family. Darija is an excellent host who thinks of everything and she is very helpful. There were even toys suited for our kids ages. Highly recommend Momentum apartment for families. We hope to return!

What did we like? EVERYTHING. The apartment is big and well decorated. The owner is amazing, helpful, and caring. She really wants her guests to enjoy their stay and feel at home. Everything is provided, even a welcome bottle of wine. The location is close to the beach and Old Town, also easy to get down to the ferries for day trips or your next stop. I was skeptical that this place had a basically perfect score and reviews, but they are well-earned. We loved this place! We would stay here again and again and recommend it to anyone.

Exceptional from moment one!

The apartment was like staying in your own home. Every little detail has been thought out! Meticulously clean and very comfortable for our family of four. Darija was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. She gave us helpful tips and even sent us the ferry schedule for the 2nd part of our trip. The apartment is close both to the beach and old town which we loved. What sets this place above the rest is the small things, free parking, wine , coffee, tea provided, both drip coffee maker and French press, blender, dishwasher, washer, toiletries, a fully functional kitchen and a parting small gift. Honestly what else could you ask for?

Not much? Maybe extra pillows for my husband who sleeps with 4 pillows normally but that would be a bit extreme lol. Don’t hesitate to book! We loved it!
