The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. The location was really convenient and our host Goran was charming and very friendly. If we come back to Rovinj we will definitely stay here again.

the only mini downside: the balcony door didn’t lock properly anymore. Family lives in the complex and there is a gate, so we did not feel unsafe or anything, but didn’t feel so comfy leaving our laptops when gone…

Owner met us at the property and walked us through the whole apartment showing us things that we might need to know like the switch for the hot water. He made sure all appliances are working before leaving us the keys. He also recommended some good places to eat at and some beach spots where we were able to take our dog. The apartment is walking distance from the city center where all the bars and restaurant are. Its also close enough to the beach where you can walk it but it was hot when we went so we took our car instead.

Amazing apartment with beautiful terrace. Very spacious, modern and comfortable. It is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Rovinj. There is also private parking. Goran- the host is very friendly and helpful guy, who gave us the tips for really nice dining & coctail options. We had a great time and we definetely recommend this place.

One room did not have air conditioning so door had to be kept open to get the cool air from living room. Also we “accidentally “ turned off the switch to the hot water heater so had nothing for showers in the morning. Would have been helpful to know about this switch in advance
