Check in marked as 7:00-23:00 Additionally we asked about 11:00-12:00 check in to be garanted for check in in time Answer was: "You're welcome" But when we arrive, stuff man said: You must go out and back after 14:00

Superb

A beautiful, comfortable and clean house with a special atmosphere. A snooker table is available in the main room. Unfortunately, no wi-fi, but that did not impact a great time in the house. Also, a good location near the Tempio Pausania city centre.

Very warm and friendly welcome. Even the communication was only possible in Italian we understood everything. Very good place to visit the nice country backside or some close beaches. :-)

Very frightening and aggressive host in dirty house

For your own safety - do not book this B&B. Dirty house and very aggressive host.

I have never had such an uncomfortable stay - and wish for everyone else to never book this B&B. The owner made our vacation a very frightening experience. The owner was very aggressive and yelled at us every time we saw him in Italian for simple things like turning on the lights in the very dark bedroom. This led to, that we felt very uncomfortable and scared during our stay, because we never knew, when he was suddenly there and angry with us. When we were hiding in our rooms, we with beating hearts listened to the host yelling all night long of the other guests. We spent as much time as we could outside the house and didn’t dare to use the kitchen at all, even though we booked the B&B, because it had a kitchen. No chairs on the balcony. The “double bed” was to single beds put together, which kept separating during the night, so you could not cuddle with your partner. No refill of toilet paper at all during the stay. The breakfast was so gross and unhealthy, we ended up buying our own. The common areas were not cleaned during our five day stay. The windows were dirty - all the plates and cutlery were dirty, and the toilet was even worse.

Good

Full size pool table. Friendly owner but difficult to understand any English and us understand any Italian. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Easy free parking. Quiet neighborhood. Distant views scenic. Town within walking distance.

House often cold, breakfast very minimal. Kitchen facilities very basic. Rules tight regarding lights on and rubbish recycling confusing. Very small shower access. No wi-fi although description said no wi-fi. Room and bathroom not serviced but Ok on arrival.

It was a very lovely stay! We recomend the B&B.

The owner was very friendly and tried to help with everything. But he doesn't speak English.

The airconditioner was a little bit old.
