ok stay, practical, breakfast is good and decent, seperate building isn't great

too expensive during this time, and difficult to know if one books the rooms behind the hotel in a different building then the main building. no elevator is a point i could see peope having a problem with

can't decide on which room in the building in the back, great if one is going by car, but not so practical if one is getting breakfast

Small room with breakfast included

Vending machine with beer near a hotel entrance though we didn't try it. Parking space for cars. Shutters on the window keep room dim during the day.

Since the window overlooks the road, it is quite noisy at night and difficult to sleep with window open. I have found a web on a bedside lamp. The pillows are so soft that they dissolve under the head.

Great breakfast, clean facilities, but overpriced.

Breakfast was great, location is excellent, room was very clean.

The duvet is tiny. The room is cold during the day (but warmer in the evening). No kettle in the room or even in the shared premises to make yourself a cup of tea after a long day out in the cold.

location is perfect , Wifi is amazing

i arrived on time as mentioned in my reservation but the hotel was closed I had to wait outside till they come around 40 min and he said that he didn't see me. the staff is not supportive I asked to book a taxi early in the morning ( at 6 am ) but when I woke up the reception was closed, breakfast was supposed to be open from 7 till 10 I went at around 9 it was almost over and they didn't refill it

Hated the hotel!

NOTHING! Other than nice people except not nice about check it, There was no phone, teapot or coffee in room & they even locked my door from the outside once. They charged $99 for being 1.5 hrs later than a 11 am checkout. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in including motel 6 in USA!

Very good

I visited the town as exhibitor in exhibition. The hotel location was perfect. Metro 1 minute walk and exhibition hall only 3 stops away.

It was dissappointing. The room was cold. Elevator was shaking and too noisy.

The lady who is serving breakfast was really nice and smiling :)

Staff at the reception. Whenever I asked a question (I asked only twice), he came from a back room behind the reception and looked at me with an expression like "what do you want, why are you disturbing me". My question about car park was not taken seriously and he said I can park by the street or across the street, it is fee anyway!

Totally ashamed

close to the metro station…

Staff is gentle woman, non-English speaking…tough communication toilette with no shampoo or soap items they did not clean properly, no water bottle at arrival, vending machine on the ground selling old water bottles( I had 2 and both with Pet fluffy bottle with no gas inside anymore - maybe 2 years old bottles?) BREAKFAST ORRIBLE! No Staff presence TOTALLY OUT - WHAT A SHAME!

Had stayed there before and would stay there again for Rock im Park.

The bed was a bit squeaky :) Given the occasion of our stay - Rock im Park -, the breakfast times were a bit early. It seemed that everybody tried to stay in bed as long as possible and went for breakfast at quarter to ten. The breakfast room was very crowded then. But the staff made an effort to still provide enough for everyone. :) thank you

Nice clean quiet. Well situated, only 3 U stops from the messe and close to the center.

I would like to see the reception manned more hours, but I understand it was covid regulations.

- located very close to the central station. - a few shopping opportunities nearby.

- no drinking water in the room - shampoo dispenser did not work at all - did not receive any information regarding dinner or breakfast service - the room was cold, despite the heating being turned on at 5

Great stay

Good hotel, rooms look renovated recently. Nice bakery just down the street. The subway is close by which takes you to downtown Nurnberg within 5 minutes.

No breakfast during the Covid thing.

Good quality for reasonable cost

Breakfast was always really great, I did not expect so many options (and delicious). The metro station is like 200m away from the hotel so you can get to the city center quickly.

Better to be updated in Booking.com profile of the hotel that booking of parking place is actually needed (the Czech version says that it is not needed). Not sure if this is an issue of the hotel or Booking. Anyway, there is always an option to park on the street free of charge.
