It was one of the best places we've ever stayed in. Lovely, fully furnished and equipment apartment. Absolutely 5 stars level!
Super helpful, friendly and nice host - Emiliano, thank you very much for your kindness!

a lovely home apartment and the host is very helpful

Very nice, spacious flat, with separate sitting and dining rooms and 2 WC's.
I especially appreciated the ceiling fans in the sleeping rooms.
A pity that we arrived so late and had to move on early next morning, but next year, as we walk down Via Francigena, we hope to stay at least two nights.
It was not an issue for us, but check-out time limit should be extended (from 10.30)

entire three-bedroom, two full bathroom/toilet level of fully furnished house with large sitting and dining rooms, in addition to fully appointed kitchen. surprisingly expansive grounds for al fresco dining or drinks. streetside, uncovered parking available; 10-minute walking distance to downtown; solicitous host.
located outside the city walls; adjacent to a school, which can render available parking scarce during school hours; narrow streets for squeamish drivers.

Excellent apartment, very spacious, there is everything you need in the apartment. The host was very welcoming, we had great communication before our stay. Felt like at home. Very silent apartment.
The heating could be better, it was a bit cold in the evenings.

A comfortable apartment which can serve as a good base from which to explore Viterbo

The apartment is decorated with character and spacious. The garden is really huge, which we didn't expect it to be just from the photos. Has many balconies.
The mattress could be more comfy.

We have stayed in very many apartments all over Europe but this is one of the best we have stayed in. The owner gave us a very warm welcome.

Excellent host. Warm and generous welcome. Spacious, stylish and complete appartement. Perfectly located (calm area, 10 minute walk to the heart of the city center, 5 minutes to the train station that brings you to Rome in approx. 1,5 hours). Lovely, genuine and well-preserved small Italian city. Lots of things to do in the direct surroundings (culture, nature, welness, shopping, even the beach is not that far). We stayed 9 nights, but two weeks would have been fine too. Thank you Emiliano!

We spent 8 days in October in this lovely, well appointed apartment - a real home away from home. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, everything you need in the kitchen (including a nicely chilled, complimentary bottle of Montefiascone's famous Est! Est!! Est!!! wine), full dining room, large living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plenty of hot water, good beds with plenty of extra blankets, WIFI strong enough for streaming, a Conad supermarket within walking distance, and the historical centre of Viterbo [particularly the San Pellegrino quarter] a few minutes' walk away, all added up to an enjoyable stay. Our contact with Emiliano (who speaks English and lives nearby) was easy and friendly. We chose Viterbo as our base, as there are many amazing sights within a radius of circa an hour's drive. Not to be missed: Civita di Bagnoregio ('The Dying Town'), Orvieto, Tarquinia, the Farnese Palace in Caprarola, etc. We even drove down to Hadrian's Villa in Tivoli in just over an hour. In short, this centrally located, comfortable apartment more than met our expectations. Highly recommended.
