Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tutto molto curato
Nulla, tutto bene
8.0

The location, the breakfast in an historical cafe, the flat is cosy with everything you need. Parking is easy to reach. Nice place to stay for a weekend in Sarzana.

The host and the air conditioning were the best parts of the stay.
The facilities were really too small for the price. Mold in the shower. Stains on the bed sheets. Sharing a facility with other noisy people in common was not good nor known prior to arrival.

Accomodation with style and Italian spirit, which includes little imperfections and a lot of care from the host. Free coffee and small refreshments in the apartment were an unexpected and pleasant surprise!

Great bed, very comfortable. Outstanding location!
Our room had an electric toilet which was very noisy. The room was small.

Centre of the town, we had the choice to choose a room backing on the the garden so away from street noise , traditional Italian apartment nicely converted .Lovely welcome , plenty of hot water and very comfortable bed .we loved we had a voucher for breakfast at the best coffee shop in town GEMMI .

Very nice family-owned hotel, located in a quiet area but very close to the main street in the historic town center. The room was completely updated and extremely clean (including upholstery), and the breakfast area included a beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent and the owner and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Well positioned and clean
Room in the attic with no elevator (but was clearly mentioned) and close to a pub that plays loud live music till midnight on Friday night.
