Gorgeous view, right on the beach, great cool pool, nice spacious room, close to everything.
Things were a bit janky, toilet running all the time, faucet not working well, door lock not working well etc. Also lost my laundry for a day or so! Still an amazing spot though.

Location was very convenient, we likes the pools and the location next to the beach. Ate at the restaurant a couple of times, which was also excellent (surprisingly nice pizza, which the kids in our group definitely appreciated).
It was a bit dead after 21.00, which was annoying when we forgot a key card (took a while before we could reach the reception staff) and the bar was also closed very early.

The location is stunning and could be really fab but a neglected and sad state of affairs for this hotel and neighbours means that it won’t be a return visit from us.
Sadly the Beach Club is just a visual reminder of how COVID has deeply affected many parts of the islands including this corner of Koh Tao. My last visit to Koh Samui was in 1998 and admittedly that’s a long time ago but these hotels will have had a flourishing trade of tourists bolstering up an island economy and small run hotels. Post Covid now what you see are neglected and sad places that once were jewels, now just shabby unloved and hotels that will not survive- I feel harsh writing this but it’s true to say a lot of many is going to be needed to bring these big places back up to scratch to serve a hopefully buoyant tourist market again.

Quiet resort located on a small private part of the beach between the pier and Sairee beach. Staff were super nice and the pool area was great. Balconies are a great size.
A little dated and could do with some redecoration. Water pressure in my bathroom wasn’t great. Door locks could be made safer.

Nice location near the pier.
Hotel not well maintained, some facilities are abandoned. For sure this hotel has seen much better days.
The beach in front of the hotel is a bit dirty. There is some trash on the sand and the water sometimes has foam, maybe because of the boats nearby.
One of the pools does not have a proper ladder to go in or out. And the existing places to put the feet can hurt you.
They only provide one shower towel per person, not any small towel.
They don't provide beach towels.

The room was very comfortable, and looked out on to the beach - excellent view of the sunset. Pool was lovely, staff were very helpful. Only a 5 min walk from the main bar area at Sairee Beach.

I enjoyed my balcony with the pool and how close it was to the water. Great location for nightlife and everything else.
The Wi-Fi wasn’t the greatest.

Restuarant is next door and closed from 2.30-4.30
zero place to get a front between times
the is NO beach club!!!

Big swimming pool. However, it's not deep.
The hotel is on the beach and you can walk along the beach to the hotel from the pier.
Huge bathroom.
Hotel was quiet.
Sunset from the beach is unreal!
No restraunt, had to go to a shop for drinks and snacks.
Shower could have been better.

Reception was good. All rooms around located around the swimming pool
no seaview. rooms very dated, and require paint, new furniture and complete upgrade

Mo and Neu, the girls at the reception are extremely nice and welcoming.
Excellent location and awesome rooms with a quiet beach.

The pool and the beach were wonderful, and the bed in the room was comfortable. The restaurant had a great selection of dishes and the staff were very nice and helpful. Also the location allowed you to walk along the beach to the pier and shops which was lovely.
There were hardly any sunbeds on the beach and we were later told by two other guests that they were reserved for those who had beachfront huts only. Also there is no beachfront bar. It was an unfinished building adjacent to the beach which you could walk through to reach the restaurant where you could get drinks if you wanted to.

Nice hotel directly at the Beach. Central but quite.
Unfortunately very bad WiFi so nothing if you want to work.

Lovely rooms either beach side or pool side. Large and clean rooms, very comfortable bed. The beach on your doorstep is lovely and calm. The pool is kept clean. Short walk into the town.

the pool was amazing and receptionists were super nice. room was by the pool and clean.
wifi was not working and that was not a big deal for us, because we had the ulimited sim card, but there was no signal either in the room. but maybe thats a good thing, talk to each other :)

Pool area and the look of the Hotel is good and access to the beach is excellent.
Room was a bit run down and could do with some maintenance.

the pool itself looked great, that’s what sold me from the photos, although we didn’t go in due to bad weather it was a good size and kept clean
the property was so out dated, needs serious renovation. the bathroom had windows with netting over to keep bugs and mosquitoes out, the netting was all torn and worn away so defeated the object. the walls were dirty and mouldy and just felt like something from 20 years ago. even a fresh bit of paint would brighten the place up. the furniture is so basic, the beds hard we arrived a day later than expected and left a day earlier. i even said to my partner “I hate this hotel” it wasn’t 3 star. I’d stayed in better hostels when back packing. the pool saved the accommodations but the room and general hotel aren’t nice. I’d rate it a 1.5 star. we stayed in a bottom floor pool view. upstairs rattled the whole room walking around, I was woken up at 2 or 3am every night we stayed.

Bed was comfy, pool was nice, lots of free water, receptionist was friendly, water pressure was strong
The birds on the balcony in the morning. At 7am it sounds like they are inside the room lol. The lighting in the room is odd and dark, wish there had been a bedside light.
9.0
pool was massive. very clean and well maintained and shuttle service from the pier
no restaurant on site but can understand because of the 2 years of civil

We actually liked the location on the small quiet stretch of beach before one reaches the main Sairee beach, which can get very busy. Close proximity to Walking Street was great for nightlife and restaurants. Nice central pool. Friendly staff at reception and at breakfast. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
Covid has obviously affected the maintenance and upkeep of the two adjacent resorts. Lots of rubbish lying around at the entrance makes a bad impression. The breakfast is very basic and minimal. Our hot water stopped on the last morning of our stay....it had not been restored 3 hrs later when we left. We washed in the basin with a kettle of hot water. Hopefully these issues will be dealt with as tourism returns to normal.

amazing seafront rooms. enough space, big bathroom! no noise (except sea waves if you’re sensitive), no insects.
water bottles and kittle with powder coffee. free pier pick-up, staff helped with luggages upon arrival.
I haven’t tested the pool and breakfast after reading other reviews, just go to restaurants along sairee beach you’ll find amazing breakfast options.
some details could been improved to step up the game. the towels were ripped which I found it very weird and I don’t think you need to change them every day even if the intention is good! not much employees, the hotel is empty at night with no activity and lots of empty spaces.
9.0
Good staff and perfect location. You have shuttle to go to the pier.
Some insects in the room.
