This is a beautiful hotel decorated with impeccable taste in both guest rooms and public areas. The rooms are fitted out with everything one might need, including a balcony on which to sit and enjoy the beautiful garden and nature beyond. There is also a very welcoming sitting room with a fireplace, comfortable, spacious and also beautifully laid out where guests are invited to spend time.
The hosts are friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was delicious, offering local and home made delicacies.
A real gem

We have been just one night but it was really great. The place and the surrounding were amazing. So beautiful. Vasco was so nice and gave us great information. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Really magical place.
The google map brings you to enter not with the main street. We came in the dark and it was challenging to get there. Almost damaged our car. You cannot get throw from there. Apparently many people damaged their car in that spot. It would help if there was a sign not to enter that road and go around.

This family-runned hotel is a pearl in the portugise mountains. There’s no stress, no noise - just peace and calmness.
Our room was clean and cosy, and with an excellent view over the swimmingpool and the fields with horses and cows.
The breakfast is fantastic, with local fruits and bread. We really liked it!
The hosts are warm, friendly and they know how to make guests feel welcome.
Our biggest recommandations!

location, facilities, calm and quiet, good for relaxation
water pressure for the shower was low and there was no middle ground for the temperature, it was either boiling hot or freezing

Beautiful surroundings, one of the most amazing views I’ve ever woken up to. There are farm animals everywhere - sheep, horses, pigs, goats.
Breakfast is great, made from local products. You get a selection of bread&croissant, juice made from local fruit, jams, a selection of cheeses&hams and some coffee.
It’s an incredibly peaceful place for a rural getaway.
We stayed on New Year’s Eve and there was a lot of noise until late in the evening (around 3 a.m.). We asked to turn down the music at around 2, but we could still hear it clearly through the walls/windows.
The property is a bit far from supermarkets, but it is worth it for the peace and quiet that we experienced apart from the New Years night.

The whole stay was very enjoyable. Amazing and very friendly staff. The breakfast was the best we'd had in years, with home-made jam from the figs that grow in the garden, fresh fruit and cheese and lots of other tasty things.

Campos has to fix the wifi. :-)
