Food not so good if it wasn't raining hard I wouldn't eat there items advertised on menu not available but they don't tell you ingredients are missing until they serve your food

great place if you like water and beach and car drive from Manila

staff and food excellent . rooms really good and no disruption .

nothing really , you really need direct transport as it’s fast and direct . that makes it a bit more expensive .

Very modern, beautifully appointed property with wonderful staff

well appointed, very comfortable beds, beautiful new renovation, a top class accommodation. A water dispenser provided in every room giving you fresh, pure cold water for drinking etc and hot water for tea and coffee. lovely pool to lounge around. Exceptionally food, we ate in every night, really top class food and chefs cooking. wonderful staff, thanks esp, Mitch, Mel and Ben

It’s a bit of a walk to main area, about 750m, but that means it’s nice and quiet. Hotel is set around pool and climbs up the hill creating a bit of an amphitheater. Bar is next to pool and noise can drift up from there if people are rowdy ( although this only happened around dinner time, it was quiet during the night) There is no beach at Sabang, diving is the main focus, quite a small town but nice people. we didn’t dive but hired scooters and plenty to see around the area such as beautiful white beach

Absolutely perfect stay

Everything! Incredibly friendly staff, great location and a beautiful room that's clean and has everything you need. The pool is very well maintained and a lot of fun to swim in. Also, I highly recommend the restaurant. Absolutely delicious! The hotel also decorated the room of our friends for their honeymoon with full attention to detail. Incredible stay.

The resort will offer you a boat ride for free but this doesn’t mean they’re like in a private island and will limit you

if you’re looking for a quality customer service, clearwater beach and a nice resort this is your place!

one of my guests had an inconvenience with the food but this was properly addressed by the staff

Great time in great place with very kind people

This resort is maybe not 5 star, but the service is more than 5 star for sure... Every single angle is well thought, rooms are so well equipped, spacious, food is fresh and creative, very tasty, high level restaurant quality, also vegan and vegetarian options... Reception people, waiters and waitresses, cleaning people, diving masters, all extremely kind, professional and willing to help anytime... The details for guests comfort are so well thought...

diving spot

it was nice to try a different resort in a different island. Puerto galéra is a diving resort. It was perfect for my wife’s family to get local food and for me and my wife to enjoy also western food.

the breakfast could be improved with either a buffet, fresh juices and a different formula. it proposes just one dish for 400 pesos. it is quite a long way from Manila by car and then ferry. It takes a minimum of 5 to 6 hours to get there (Ferry is around 2 hours)

the stuff are very welcoming, the Resturant had good menue

the room was very old, not comfortable, the corridor was so noisy and you can hear noises inside the room, you need to pay for the for hotel so they can take you from the port buy boat because there is no street near the hotel for car drop off and the charge is bit high.

The little things that go a long way!

lovely place with lovely staff that made you feel welcome upon arrival. the facilities were fantastic and the room was extremely comfortable. I really appreciate the smaller details as-well like the full English breakfast with Heinz baked beans. being a British person this made me feel like it was home from home and in general the food was absolutely delicious and lives up to full expectations. I will certainly be coming back here again in the future as I felt like I made friends with all the staff. my partner also really loved the Filipino food they served and she was extremely satisfied with the service as well. The staff also made my dog feel extremely welcome upon arrival and he had the whole place to roam around and explore.

the jacuzzi scared me hahaha, but my partner loved it.
