Pleasant and comfy

Very well located, very clean and comfortable. Cosy room with beating/air-conditioning. Bathroom was roomy and recent.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, nothing was there in the breakfast room... Empty pastry displays (no crumbs, so it was empty and cleaned long before) and no drinks, nothing. Not too much of a hassle as there are plenty of coffee shops and bakeries around anyways.

Was very nice and pleasant stay, cosy, convenient, and with a very nice, responsive and helpful, host.

The rooms were very clean and comfortably located. The host was very helpful.

Would be nice to have warm blanket (we were travelling in October).

It's ok for budget accommodation

The room was clean and modern and the Wi-Fi was good

There really is not parking. you can pay to park on the street, but that has its risks, although the town seems to be fairly tranquillo. You can pay to park in a private parking lot some blocks away. To say that the Oceano has parking is misleading. The room was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. This is not the place to stay if you have heavy luggage. If you are a backpacker it's fine. Be prepared to climb I'm a couple of staircases. The Host was a nice and an enthusiastic entrepreneur college kid.

Great choice of stay in Termoli

The instructions from the owners were very clear on how to get there, keys were in the door. We also left the keys in the door and practically left without any interaction with the owners, every detail was crystal clear. We had a full apartment, very nicely decorated and branded (rooms have names, and nothing was spared in making every detail beautiful). Location is perfect, close to all that is worth seeing in Termoli and to the beach. Supermarket just across the street.

We liked everything. Breakfast was a bit on the light side, but we learned this is pretty much the standard in Italy. It was a bit difficult to find parking on the street, but not impossible.

Superb

Terrific position, close to restaurants, the beach, the old town and the port (for ferries to the Tremiti islands). Clean rooms, good bathroom. Italian style breakfast (self service) was fine (NB English tea drinkers - no milk...). Parking on the street has to be paid for at a machine but isn’t too expensive (about €6 for 24 hours I think). Would definitely recommend both Oceano Rooms and a visit to Termoli.
