Bien situé et pratique.

Bon rapport qualité prix, et personnel accueillant et serviable. Equipement un peu simple mais l'essentiel y est.

La vue sur la voie ferrée mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

Hotel bien situé

L'emplacement et la disponibilité du personnel.

Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs. Chambre un peu exiguë.

For a short stay it was good

Great spot next to to the train station, quiet but basic

Small rooms, basic rooms. No hairdryers, towels were thin, hard to access soaps in bathrooms . A no frills room

Adequate but glad we were only there for one night.

The breakfast was very good,plenty of choice.

The room, we had a twin but the room was too small to have the beds apart. Very small.

It would have been better if we had a different room

Great location and great price

We were put in a room next to the cafeteria, so we couldn’t sleep at all due to the noises. The breakfast starts at 5:30am, and there was a toilet to the guests a couple of doors after our room that had to be cleaned at night as well

Refugee in our room. Staff stressed. TV didn’t work. Clean. Book with caution!

Room was double booked with a refugee from Africa. We opened the door with the code and there he was in bed. Please enough French speaking lad in his 20s. Fortunately I speak French and we were able to clarify what happened. Embarrassing for all. Lots of other refugees looking at our beautiful Labrador dog with disdain. In new room TV broken, locked to wall. shower head leaked wasting water. Asked for Wi-Fi . Staff member rudely said she was too busy, not “can Income back to you shortly Sir”. To be fair to her she was stressed. Got code later from a friendlier staff memberNot clear had to pay parking or whether breakfast included. Hotel “Wrong side of the railway tracks” but not a terrible area. Book with caution

convenient and fairly priced

when all other places were booked up I found a room here.

haven’t stayed at this kind of ‘facility’ before - 4 or 5 stories of prefabricated units - convenient is best I can say of this kind of place. But I’m the kind of traveler who best likes creaking staircases and quirky interiors.

Worst, smelly, disgusting hotel I have ever stayed. AVOID!!

this is the worst property EVER!?! Heaps of construction debris all over the corridor. the the smell all over the hotel was simply awful. the staff was so rude. it was filthy, disgusting hotel

atrocious and awful .the smell, the broken ACs, nothing in the hotel works, no soap in the toilets, dirty towels, heaps of construction debris all over the hotels I mean the owners wanted to extract as much money but five so little the beds were awful. we asked for an extra pillow and got shouted at by the housekeeping lady

good location in city centre, clean room and good value for money. bed was a little hard and pillow very thin. air con good and staff friendly

OK for one night

Just behind the railway station and not far from the center Reims´souvenirs can be bought at the reception

AC didnt work properly Simple and functional room (t is ok, if you do spend most of the time sightseeing) tiny bathroom Could not buy mineral water anymore (it was displayed in the vitrine, but it seems, it was out of stock) Upon picking up our luggages after visiting the town, we were not able to use the bathroom (If we understood it correctly, it was out of order)

Ok for passing a night or two when planning to be out all day. Good value for money, would not

Location was close to both city center and train station. Room was basic but clean.

To close to train station. Morning trains woke me up every day. Room is super basic, zero amenities not even a water kettle. Water in the shower was fluctuating cold/hot for no reason, got burnt a bit. Hot/cold water tap was inveresed in the shower.

Good location, some things to improve

Kind staff, good location (10 Mins walking from the city centre), comfortable mattress, dog friendly accommodation.

The bed sheets were stained, and the hotel staff arranged for us to change the room (which wasn't ideal as we had a lot of luggage to move - I would have preferred if they just changed the sheets). Also, the cleaner knocked at our door at 8.20am, which I thought was really early.
