Eine Pension, die für den mehrtägigen (bzw.) längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfohlen werden kann.

Die Pension liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse durch die eine Strassenbahnlinie (mit nicht verschweissten Schienen) führt. Entspreched macht sich das in der Lautstärke der Rollgräusche bemerkbar. Die Zimmer sind mit altem Mobiliar ausgestattet, Entsorechend istr die Standfestigkeit manchmal nicht gegeben. Ein etwas beissender Geruch kommt einem beim Betreten des Zimmers entgegen (konnte nicht identifiziert werden).

Zum Frühstück gibt es eine gewisse Auswahl, die Speisen liegen aber lägere Zeit ohne Schutzabdeckung auf dem Tablett. Der Kaffeeautomat war nicht vorbereitet, so dass zu Beginn nur das Spülwasser in die Tasse lief. Gäste die der Sprache nicht mächtig sind, könnten das übersehen und "überrascht" sein. Von qualifiziertem Personal war weit und breit keines zu sehen.

great location at walking distance from train station, room was nice, very quite, nice heating, nice bad, big shower, clean. nice big reception.

breakfast was just ok. but I guess in part it depends on the personal taste

Top Lage mit kostenloser Parkmöglichkeit und freundlichem Personal

Die zentrale Lage und die zum Hotel gehörigen kostenlosen Parkplätze. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Innenstadt ist in einer guten halben Stunde zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Bett war etwas unbequem, aber für den Preis in Ordnung. Das Frühstücksbuffet kam mir etwas eintönig vor. Aber das ist Geschmackssache!

Kicsinyes szállás

Mi 3 szobát és egy apartmant foglaltunk, ezért nehéz általánosságban leírni. Az apartman tökéletes volt, minden megvolt benne, saját konyha, felszerelve, meleg, viszonylag tiszta. A 3 szobából kettő szintén jónak mondható volt, de egy sajnos nagyon kicsi és nagyon hideg. Csecsemőkkel utaztunk ezért a fűtés jól jött volna. Nem volt kitéve törölköző a szobákban, külön kérni kellett és a takarítás sok kívánnivalót hagyott maga után. A reggeli választéka megfelelő volt, de nagyon kis adagok vannak kikészítve, valószínűleg emiatt folyamatosan ott nézelődik a személyzet és próbálja töltögetni. Összességében ár érték arányban megfelelő, de az értékelés, ami 8.3 volt, (emiatt választottuk) az nagyon túlzás.

Az étkezőben nagyon kicsi a hely, szűkösen lehet hozzáférni az ételhez és olyan érzésünk volt a személyzet részéről, mintha szívességet tennének, hogy reggelizhetünk, pedig természetesen fizettünk érte. Kibontott pipere termékek voltak érkezéskor, mintha az előző lakó után volt még benne, akkor használja az újonnan érkező. Többet és alaposabban kellene takarítani, valamint a személyzet sem volt túl szolgálatkêsz., lehetnének kedvesebbek.

Good location, not so good cleanliness, weird staff

The hotel is located next to the Cluj train station, which is very convenient when you need to catch the morning train. Our room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

The staff was not pleasant or helpful at all, I absolutely respect and understand that not everybody speaks perfect English but I would expect at least 'Welcome' 'Thank you' and 'Goodbye,' when dealing with the receptionist instead of blank stares or ignorance. The Wifi wasn't working in our room because the whole internet cable was missing. The receptionist of course wasn't able to deal with the situation, when they are not able to communicate. The kitchen was half empty, the majority of the items, that were listed as being included in the kitchen, were either not there at all or were sticky and dirty. The bathroom smelled of ...something unpleasant for at least 3 hours since we stepped in the apartment. The drawers in the bathroom were full of garbage and random half-opened soaps and shampoos, it was very random and not something you want to find in the 'freshly cleaned room.'

Location is close to the trainstation, which is good.

No functioning WiFi, and no aircondition- only a fan. Breakfast a bit poor. A bit noise from the street traffic.

Great stay in the city and the Hotel

The place is accessible, you can reach any point in the city in about 25-30 minutes walking. In addition, in the city there is an opportunity to rent scooters from companies like "Lime" with particularly affordable packages for those who are suitable for it. At a particularly affordable price you can also have a ride by "Bolt" or "Uber".

Very good location, close to center, everything is within walking distance. They even have their own parking which is big plus. I liked everything about this place, the price, nice and clean room and also good breakfast.

Most probably won’t chose it again.

Nice new facilities

The boiler got broken, we had no warm water, we had to change room. There was no toilet paper. Apartments are separate feom pension where you can have breakfast. Coffee machine got broken, there was noone to help with that.

Free parking is available onsite.

We arrived late at night, coming from the airport ( we informed property about this after reserving the place), they announce they have a 24h reception, but we had to ring the door bell at least 4 times and call on the phone for someone to open. The receptionist could not even explain on which floor our apartment was ( apartments are located in another building), so at 2AM we had to search among several floors to find our accomodation. The room was not clean ( bed linens were not changed, floor was dirty, towels were torn), breakfast had old products ( salads and sandwiches were definately not fresh). To me this is unacceptable! I don't recommend the hotel and will definately not return.

If you need a place for sleep

We had a place to sleep, shower and an inclusive breakfast. There was perfect temperature.

The sheets from the bed were holed and too yellow, I guess because of the bleach. The door from the shower was not cleaned enough. Some food from the breakfast was maybe a little old, but not looking too good
