Fine if you are not used to the comfort that hotels offer but to hostel type of accommodations.

Very cute house with a nice yard and very warm host.

Not comfortable, missing essential stuff. Bedsheets and towels were in a such a condition that I was not comfortable using them.

Sweet and memorable stay.

Beach and Property Owner behavior. He is very nice person. He care for us like a family member as we are unknown from this place.

A cab that had contacted uncle but he was a fraud. Please be aware and try to contact Anil for a cab he is a very nice person. You can get contact number from Uncle. +91 98466 94583 this is his number.

Food, calm location, friendly service, right next to Ocean, outside sitting area

Street dogs, remote and not easily reachable, no nearby restaurants, too costly for the kind of setup and service offered .

Owners of the property are really nice. They helped us a lot and gave us good guidance for exploring

Breakfast was good Sea view from property common balcony was a pleasing place to relax

Air condition capacity in the room was a bit below expectation a bigger size air condition of 1.5 ton + would had been a great combination

Superb

Breakfast on both days was superb. We had Appam and vegetable stew on the first day while Puttu and Kadala curry on the next day. It is sea-side property so view from the window was quite good. (Attaching a photo next to boundary).

Beautiful serene surroundings. Literally next to the sea. Coconut and Mango trees growing. Hammocks to just chill out. Lovely room, great A/C and the beds extremely comfortable. The hosts and their family were so friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

The only thing would be to say if you want to eat in the day or evening you would have to get a Tuk Tuk as nowhere walkable, or just make sure you eat before returning.

Exceptional

The owner and his family were super helpful, welcoming and affectionate. They went over and above to make our stay memorable and kudos to the hospitality. Would recommend this property for a quiet, peaceful and calm stay tucked in nature.

Very good

Nestling in an idyllic spot next to the sea about 8 km south of Fort Kochi, this quiet and unfussy guest house is a great place to get away from it all. Two big rooms and one small one open onto a collective veranda which overlooks the garden and offers a view of the ocean beyond the sea wall. Breakfasts were fabulous - authentic South Indian home cooking at its absolute best. Our hosts were kind and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Located near the sea side. Peaceful location

No beach to walk along or sit. Just near sea. The owner and his wife attend everything. They do not provide lunch and meals, need to order via zomato. No market, restaurant neaeby.

The ambiance of the location, the hospitality of the host. We stayed for a day, its a place you would want to go to, to get away from all the everyday commotion. A home away from home.

The best homestay that is affordable with a great location to enjoy private time.

This place is amazing. Located next to the beach with picturesque location of the rocks lining up the entire shore. The host Jose is very helpful in providing information and making the stay comfortable. Breakfast is very good as it is home food. The property has extensive ground to park vehicles and also to enjoy a good BBQ at nights.

Only downside is the narrow passage to the location, but quite easy for small cars to reach and it would require good skills for long vehicles to pass. Other than this, it is super good.

Royalty at the beach.

Wonderful place to stay, so peaceful and relaxing, you can listen to the waves all day sitting outside on the balcony, a very pleasant place, the room was spacious comfortable and clean, can not fault this abode in any way, The owners are so helpful with everything you would need, They go out of there way just to help you in any way they can, They are the most kind hearted and thoughtful people we ever met on our holiday, there family were also very helpful and kind, we will miss them all, overall our stay at the property I give a 10, but they deserve more than a 10 Hope to go back one day, A huge thank you to everyone for making us so welcome and all the help they provided.Steve and Arlene.

Loved the environment and the receptive, compromising people.

Directions and road to the homestay was very narrow. No clear signboards at main road to indicate turn in point. Also the bills for stay was not printed and did not have break downs.

Tranqulising location.

Nice friendly and helpful staff. Location was nice for a homestay. Requested vegetarian breakfast and was served absolutely delicious food. All in all a great place to spend some quality time with your family or by yourself.
