Excelente hotel de tránsito para descansar

Habitación extra grande con cama enorme, sofá. nevera, excelente baño todo nuevo y de calidad. Buen wifi y un desayuno buffet excelente de 6:00 a 10:00 con muchas opciones para elegir desde sopas, arroces, bollería, fruta, café, zumos, dulces. Se podía hacer el check out hasta las 14:00, esto es bueno para los que viajan en tránsito y tienen vuelo tarde. El hotel está en la misma terminal, en la zona de tiendas, saliendo todo recto y a unos 300 metros hacía la izquierda, salida 14. En la misma terminal hay una parada de metro linea 11 que te puede llevar a la ciudad para pasar el rato. Me guardaron las maletas después de hacer el check out. Creo que solo incluye un desayuno por habitación.

Comfortable for a long layover.

Proximity to the Airport was great, and there were food/mart options that opened till late in the vicinity. Room was huge and spacious, coupled with a good array of facilities which I did not use as it was for a layover.

I had reached out prior to my stay to get a local sim-card, which appears to be a huge ask. There was no response until I had to ask again at the hotel, whom which they said it was not in proximity.

This hotel is a nice option for long transfers via Bao'an Shenzen Airport.

Very convenient location! The hotel is located right in the terminal, making it easy to find and get in. Personal was very kind and helpful; we were informed about everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious, with a modern interior. A nice view on the airport entrance. Breakfast was fairly decent, with a varied selection of items.

The air conditioner was working a little loud at night, so we had to turn it off. The nice view was a bit spoiled by the dirty exterior side of the window.

Hyatt Place, airport Hotel.

The room size(959), it was more like a suite, shower was amazing I could have stayed in it for ages, LOL all in all very good.

Arrived rather tired, found hotel reasonably easily, check in was quick, on arriving to room found a musty smell which I found uncomfortable, but not too over powering. Breakfast was really good and well laid out, overall 8 out of 10 as everything you want was there for you, oh one last thing they really need to put more sugar, tea and coffee into the room's. As it's right at the airport changing money isn't a real problem either, I firstly tried cash machines at airport but it seemed it was out of money, well at least I hope so as I tried it twice, couldn't understand what the machine was saying to me, luckily I had cash on me to exchange, so if the hotel was to have some sort of machine or money exchange that would be helpful.

Convenient, clean and modern. Excellent food and drinks.

Lovely hotel, very convenient for overnight transfers.Room was clean and modern, staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was great. Also attended the restaurant for dinner, yummy food and cocktails. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Wi-Fi was quite slow- didn’t know there was one available if you paid extra. If had known, would probably have bought it.

Room was very spacious and clean and was right next to the Airport with no aircraft noise. Very good breakfast.

Very convenient to the airport, just a 10 mins walk to T3 gate 11. Great for an early flight.

Location

It's completely out of range in price. Pool they advertise but when you also where it is the staff laughed ... It seems that actually it doesn't exist or it never worked. Very short on staff. Long waiting lines at check-in and check-out. Air-conditioning in the room did not work for 3 days. Considering it's a very humid city you can imagine the non existent comfort. I'm a frequent traveler and I know Hyatt for many years. This was a very very bad experience. I will formerly make a complaint at Hyatt

extremely convenient hotel between two flights

We definitely enjoyed the fact that it was so easy and fast to get from the airport to the hotel. the walking distance was about 5-10 minutes and the location was very clearly indicated. You basically have the impression that you’re not leaving the airport since you just follow signs, walk along a footbridge, and there you are !

The breakfast was just ok

Confusing location and poor value for money

The location was close to the airport.

The hotel needed to be accessed from the Ground Transportation Centre. There was no clear signage at the GTC and most signs point to the Hyatt Regency, which was a different hotel! When we finally arrived, we got a lecture from the receptionist how I should have booked via the official Hyatt app rather than Booking.com! The room smelled damp. The AC was loud and did nothing to cool down the room. Blinds were dusty and one window does not close properly. Safe deposit box ran out of battery. We had a very uncomrtable night of sleep due to the heat and AC not working. Ki

location is excellent

room temperature was too warm for sleeping and i couldn’t adjust it for some reason. quite noisy outside with trains/cars at times but it did not bother me as much as the room temperature.

location is super, very convenient for business , easy access to airport, 300M, front desk staffs are friendly. overall I will definitely recommend to business people & to those need to catch early morning flight, stay one night, get yourself well relaxed for next journey
