Excellent stay !

The place is amazing ! Marie is really kind and helpeful. The staff are really nice (specialy Miati and Tahoul !) The hotel has a perfect location in front of sunset. It's quite and very relaxing. We'will be back for sure the sooner possible.

The hotel was very nice and clean, we loved the room. The breakfast was simply delicious, the best we had during our trip and the staff was super friendly, especially Yati who helped us with everything we needed, including the cost of the carriage, so that we would pay the real amount and not the extras that were requested.

There are no good restaurants around this area.

Lovely relaxing seafront villa

Lovely hotel but could do with a freshen up. We stayed in one of the beach huts beside the pool. Yati the manager was sooo welcoming and helpful but unfortunately she wasn't there for the last part of our stay and we didn't really see many staff members except some of the pool/bar guys who couldnt speak much English. The breakfast was lovely and so generous. The pool was nice but would be good to have loungers/beanbags in the pool as it gets soooo hot. Also looks a bit worn/dated in places. Cocktails are nice and probably the best happy hour prices on sunset side. We tried a lot of sunset bars but the view/prices were actually better at the hotel beach so don't waste time going elsewhere! The bikes really need improving or new ones bought, every one we tried was broken or flat in some way, we kept telling them to pump up the tyres and they never did and it's impossible to cycle over sand. So as the week went on there were fewer and fewer usable bikes. The outdoor toilet was lovely but the door doesn't even close properly! So Aircon cool air escaped and bugs got in, that really needs fixing as they are glass rooms so they get so hot. The main door didn't lock very well either. Water and tea/coffee were always available in reception which was a good bonus. Also kettle and fridge in room. Overall would recommend to others but could do with a freshen up in places and new bikes!

we loved our stay here the staff were lovely especially Yati she was such a beautiful soul always went above and beyond.

The rooms were nice and tidy everything worked really well. bed was comfy and aircon was cold!

Cosy luxury hotel

Located on the beach, with beautiful rooms, this hotel if an excelent option to enjoy your stay in Gili islands. Located in the side of the island where you can watch the sunset, the hotel offers bikes for discover the island. Really good price.

An absolute gem, I will return

The property is an absolute gem in one of the best locations on the island, quiet yet short walking distance to beach bars. The rooms are decorated to perfection, European & Balinese designs in perfect harmony. The sunset from the villa is spectacular! The staff, especially Yati are very friendly and always happy to help.

Cleanliness, there were a few instances I escalated with staff that were immediately addressed.

Amazing staff, the owner is lovely, she helped us to book a snorkelling trip and gave us good tips where to go and where to eat. The staff was so friendly and kind, always with a smile on their faces. Amazing place to stay if you are planning to visit Gili.

Had Gili T on my bucket list, this place sure made sure it did not disappoint for our stay!!!!

Loved the location, staff where amazing, amazing pool, easy access to beach, having pushbikes inhouse to use was a great way of getting around the island, beautiful sunsets at your door, a fair bit quieter being on the opposite side of the party island,

The pool, the free bike and the location which is at the quiet part of the island.

the bathroom is an open concept which we think no privacy and also the fans at the private Villa was faulty as well as the cable tele.

The pool was lovely and clean. Great location for sunsets. Staff were friendly. Free bikes included.

Room was very dirty. Bedsheets, towels, curtains, mosquito nets had stains on them. Bathroom doors that led to outside didn’t even shut properly or even lock. Room was full of mosquitoes. Tap in room constantly leaked room flooded bad twice. Ran out of English breakfast tea and didn’t seem to get anymore whilst we were there. Location is very far from the centre/strip.

Great honeymoon destination

Spectacular view from the room and pool. Sunset views could by perfect when clear skies. Nice to enjoy breakfast on the porch in front of pool villa. Free bicycles were quite handy in getting around the island.

Low English ability of staff, however very friendly and helpful. Too much chlorine in the swimming pool causing burning eyes and bleaching of clothes.

Beach access was dirty, no sunbeds as in the pictures, very loud in the night because of the bars.

Beautiful Villa Gili

Villa Gili is amazing, such a great location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Angus and Ari are so much fun, we will miss them! The facilities are really nice, we stayed in the beach bungalow which had amazing views and was very comfortable. This is one of the best spots for watching the beautiful sunset, make sure you head over to Toto's Bar just across from the villa for lots of laughs and singing with the locals, they are so nice and a lot of fun. Thanks everyone for making our stay a memorable one, we will be back for sure 😁🏝😎❤️ from Katie & Lucy

Great place to stay on Gili T

We came here for a peaceful time on Gili T. The pool was great. Room was clean and the staff were amazing. So friendly and keen to help out. We would have stayed longer if there was a bit more to do on the island but it was a great place for a couple of days.

The bar next door plays music loud until 10pm. I think this is pretty common on Gili T but didn't majorly detract from our stay

the breakfast was beautiful, especially the smoothie bowls! the staff were very attentive and helpful especially Yati and Eva, the rooms were spacious and cool. the Villa is on the quieter side of the island which was nice and peaceful, however had to travel about 20 mins on the bike for food as things are still reopening, but this isn’t a problem as bikes are provided free of charge! I imagine more food places will be opening as the island gets back on its feet after COVID, it was good to see it coming to life again! thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was WONDERFUL !!! Clean big room, the pictures are really conform, it was awesome! We'd just need to open the door to get to this big bluesky pool!! Villa gili bali beach's team was so kind, so dedicated to our well being. And we had the honor to meet Alain, french people like us, owner of this amazing place! We traveled with my baby boy who is 1 year old. Yati, the supervisor, was so profesional, always smiling and constant good mood. Everything i ask to her, I got almost instantly; Laundry service, babysitter, special food for my baby,snorkeling, sun set horse riding, house cart, all informations tours you need etc... Etc... , just ask yati Yati knows everything, she's got real skills manager, thanks to her, thanks to all the staff and thanks to Alain! So grateful for having give us this treatment, we felt so specials!! See you very soon

Amazing stay in Gili T!

Lovely accommodation in a perfect setting. The pictures are exactly as the Villa and it was a comfortable stay. The staff are lovely and help you in every way possible. I would highly recommend this villa! Another plus is you can see the most amazing sunset from the Villa, best I’ve ever seen!

The bathroom showers were not very strong but that’s really the only criticism.

stylish hotel with an amazing staff in a quiet area of Gili T!

VGBB is a very stylish hotel with an amazing staff and a very nice pool on the westside of Gili T - so you can enjoy the sunset from the pool or just across the little walkway on the beach. The staff there is amazing and every wish is granted more or less before you even ask! We stayed in the little Pool-Villa right next to the pool with a perfect view of the ocean and neighbouring Bali with mount Angung just in front of us. Grab and mix a Gin Tonic from your minibar, sit on the beach watching the sunset and you know you are in paradise. Being close to the water also helps with the heat, because there is always a little breeze. The mixed fruit with their own granola was perfect for breakfast! We loved every minute of our two days and will definitely be back! Especially, since we were granted a late checkout and could hang by the pool before our horse-taxi picked us up!

Lovely stay on quiet beach

Direct across from a lovely and quiet beach. A few shops and restaurants that are close and provide a chill vibe along the beach. The villa provides a very bright and "santorini" vibe based on colouring. All aspects of the villa were clean. The free bike rental was great, and you can get basically anywhere on the island by bike in 15 minutes.

Limited food and drink options (due to Covid times). Rooms very bright during the day (negative for us with napping baby). Everything else was great!
