Perfetto

L'appartamento e molto bello, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e con rifiniture di pregio. La posizione è buona ( anche se, a differenza di cosa dicono molte recensioni dalle finestre non si vede il lago). Il centro storico di Bracciano e fantastico, il castello idem. Consigliatissimo!

L'unica pecca è il casino inenarrabile che fanno quelli del locale sottostante. Ilaria da in dotazione dei tappi per le orecchie ( cosa gradita che dimostra un'attenzione in più per gli affittuari) ma se i titolari del pub e i frequentatori fossero più educati sarebbe tutto molto meglio.

Nice stay in a commuter town to Rome

- Nice are and less than 10min walk to Bracciano train station where you can go to Rome for €3.60 one way per person - Very close to Bracciano Castle and very close for a view of the lake - Kitchen so you can cook something yourself - Self-check in is nice

- Difficult to find - do not use Apple Maps as it brings to different property nearby, just look the address and search for ‘2’ near the door - A bit noisy sometimes as there’s pub downstairs but it wasn’t issue for us even with open windows - People in Bracciano seems they don’t like tourists who don’t speak Italian

Full of Italian charm!!!

We loved this house! It was oozing with charm. It was in a great location to walk through the old town and to the castle. And the parking was very close and convenient. I will absolutely stay here next time I go to Bracciano

great location, very clean and equipped!.

lovely very clean and super equipped apartment in the Centro historic in Bracciano. Met all our needs, as we were there for a friends wedding. Easy to get the key and host was quick to respond to messages. We enjoyed our stay and would return!

We read the other reviews and were aware the apartment is over a bar, so we were fine with that. On Friday night sure it was a little noisy, but not really to bad. The apartment is super equipped but we couldn't find a cutting board, this is just to let the host know, was not an issue for us.

Lovely appartment in old Bracciano

Really nice appartment, right in the centre of the old town, of Bracciano, near the view point ( and the castle). The appartment is situated in a very old house. It has airconditioning, nice bathroom. Comfortable kitchen, well equiped. Nice for two persons. Restaurant underneath

It was quite difficult to find a parking place for our car. Also a bit difficult to find the appartment. Thanks to a nice neighbour, we succeeded.

Superb

Very nice appartment in the old center of Bracciano. Plenty of restaurants and bars near by. The bar beyond the appartment did not really disturb me. Fresh towels during my 10 day stay offered - perfect!

Ilaria was a great host, flexible with our arrival time and very nice to deal with.

We loved our comfortable and clean apartment! It was roomy and well equipped providing more than just a place to sleep. It was located in a central area providing access to everything we needed.

Superb

Nice and cosy place in the center with friendly host.

It's right on top of a bar, and so during weekends it's noisy until 2 AM, even with closed windows.

Fabulous

Fantastic apartment, so central and beautiful! Ilaria was a brilliant host. She took great care of us. Thank you!

The only downside is there is a bar right underneath the apartment with very loud music until 1.30am and teenagers hang out right outside the door. It was still a great place though.

Very nice accommodation, spoilt by the bar below.

We particularly liked the location and its proximity to restaurants, shops, tourist attractions (castle, lake & aircraft museum).

Unfortunately, the property is over a bar which gets very noisy with people & music into the early hours. Thankfully, the bar was closed on two nights during our visit,
