This gorgeous unit features a fully stocked kitchen, NEW furnishings, amazing views, and can sleep up to 8 comfortably. Enter into this open layout floor plan and find everything you need to have a relaxing vacation!
You will love cooking in this kitchen with the included amenities. There is a pantry for storage, a bar AND an island, along with tons of counter and cabinet space. We have all of the small appliances and utensils you will need, and you can take in the amazing beach views while enjoying your morning coffee! In addition to countertop seating, there is a dining area with new table ample seating for 4+, which is great for meals and for game nights. Step into the living area and relax on the NEW furniture while you watch movies on the large flat- screen HDTV with surround sound. There is also a wet bar with small sink and ice machine which is great for small coolers and long days on the beach. From the 21st floor balcony you can relax in the comfy rocking chairs while taking in stunning sunrises or sunsets.
The Master Bedroom is truly its own getaway- with a KING bed, new bedding, a flat screen TV and HUGE floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to your own entrance onto the balcony, you may never leave the room! I only have one complaint and that is the situation of parking, unloading and loading luggage. I am 65 years old and had my 4 and 8 year old grandchildren with me. The process of unloading and reloading your luggage and/or bringing in groceries and having to take some type of wagon or something in order to transport your groceries to your room is horrendous. Between the many many trips back-and-forth to the parking lot in the suffocating heat just to get our things to our condo made me regret, choosing Majestic. On the other hand, I have absolutely no complaints at all about our condo. It was very nice!

Better than advertised. This condo has everything you need and then some. The view from the balcony is top notch. The master suite is huge with a massive closet and large vanity area outside of the bathroom. My younger kids loved the jetted tub. Living room and dining room were very nice. It has a large ice maker which was very clutch bc it was very hot each day. We always had plenty of ice and with 6 of us we were using a lot. Kitchen was very well stocked and was nice and large. The 2 smaller bedrooms and 2nd bathroom were nice and pretty standard extras. The listing notes it comes with beach chairs and umbrella. This is actually the ones already set up for you on the beach. We had number 17 all week which was very nice. We didn't realize this until the 2nd day. The smaller bedroom closet has several beach chairs and an umbrella so we assumed that's what the listing meant. The condo also has sand toys, 3-4 boogie boards and a skim board included. The full size washer and dryer in the unit was great to have also. We brought our own beach wagon which was helpful since this is in the 21st floor and there was six of us with 4 kids. The pools and hot tubs were great and you can't be at the crystal clear gulf water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was the perfect vacation with a little one. The beach was so quick and easy to get to, made it easy to have lunch in the condo for a break from the sun and give little man a nap. Loved there were 3 elevators so we never had to wait long. The condo was perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again.

WHEN I SAY SECURITY WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! CHECK IN WAS FAST AND EASY. AND ALSO PARKING ‼️ THE CONDO WAS EVERYTHING AND THE VIEW AMAZING!!!! THE CONDO ALSO WAS STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING!! **ONLY THING BAD WAS THAT THE ICE MAKER NEEDED TO BE CLEANED AND THE EXTRA BEDDING COVERS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!! BUT OTHER THEN THAT EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND I MEAN PERFECT ❤️❤️ I WILL MOST DEFINITELY RENT THIS CONDO AGAIN!!!!!!!

The view was amazing and the host Brandi was very accommodating. We had a few small issues that were fixed quickly. We slept comfortably ,and my children loved the bunk bed set up. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a great time at Majestic! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to drink coffee on the balcony and enjoy all the space in the condo. It’s nicely decorated too! The owners thought of everything. We liked having the rental chairs on the beach and the chairs/towels they left for us. We hope to stay here again! 💛

Wonderful place to stay. Unit was located right near the elevator and stocked with plenty of beach accessories like extra chairs and umbrella. Communication with the owners was excellent. Check in went smoothly and was well organized. Would definitely go back.

The place was beautiful and was perfect for our stay. The balcony is huge and fit all of us. I was worried about being on the 21st floor but the elevators were so quick and we didn’t have to wait long at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Great location and amenities. We had a small issue with the air and owner was very responsive and had a repair person contact us and come out asap. We would love to stay at this unit for future vacations.

The property was amazing! It had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The rooms had been well kept and the kitchen had anything someone would need during a get away. There was extra beach toys and chair to use during the stay also. I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to others.

My friends and I have been coming to PCB for years and we stay in a different condo each year. This one is, by far, the BEST place we have ever stayed! First, let me say that the location was fabulous...pretty much only minutes away from anything/anywhere you could want to go. However, that doesn't even begin to describe how amazing the condo ITSELF was. The owners have gone above and beyond to create a little piece of heaven right on the beach. It's almost as if they brainstormed what you might need to make your stay just a little more comfortable, and made sure to make it so! Some, but not all, of these little comforts include laundry facilities in the condo itself, beach chairs/toys/umbrellas and towels, every possible small appliance you can think of, from a regular AND Keurig coffee pot to an air fryer. There's also an awesome wet bar with an ice maker that makes filling your beach cooler (which they ALSO have) even easier! They were super quick and easy to communicate with during our stay, as well, which made things so much easier. In all, if i had my way, this would be the ONLY place we stay in our future visits to Panama City Beach.

The condo was exactly as described, had all the basics like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash and COFFEE upon arrival, location was perfect close to shops and food. The 2 included beach chairs were great! Great communication by owner, we had an absolute amazing time and will be headed back to PCB again, planning 2025 already 😊

clean property and very close walking distance to the beach! The property owners were helpful as well with any issue that came up. We would gladly rent here again. One downside is that most things are too far for walking distance, such as pier park, restaurants, etc.

We seen a hammerhead shark and a stingray from the balcony. We’ve never seen a shark!
The condo was very nice, well kept and felt welcoming. The balcony was a bit smaller than I thought but still plenty big.
The main reason for booking this specific condo/building was that they had handicap access to the beach. It was my understanding there was a mat on the beach to the water to accommodate wheelchairs. This was somewhat true. The condo next door had a ramp with no steps, with about a 10ft mat on the sand. The 2 ramps on our condo had steps at the bottom. Which wouldn’t work in our situation. We were however able to rent a handicap beach wheelchair which is what you want anyway. But you do have to go through the gates of the neighboring condo to get to that ramp. Not a big deal, but worth noting.
There was a rug in front of each balcony door that were actually were very slippery. We moved them aside during our stay.
The towels and rags that were provided were not commercial. There was not sufficient towels or rags to accommodate the 5 of us. We brought extra but it’s worth noting. Normally there are stacks of towels and rags in previous condos we have stayed. Lastly the elevators can get very crowded during load in/out times.
All in all we had a great time and getaway for the family. The owners were very prompt with any issues and communicated great. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Wonderful location and property
Our stay was nothing short of amazing at this property. The amenities onsite including the options of several pools made a great time for our children. The property was very nice and clean for the area. We were on the 21st floor with the best views of the beach. It is located right on the beach with beach access. Everything for the beach was also supplied for us and our children; beach chairs, sand toys, etc. We were more than pleased given some of the other properties in Panama City. There is an onsite restaurant/bar, Starbucks, as well as a small convenient store. The only minor inconvenience was there were so many people checking in at 4:00PM, the wait times for the elevator were over 10 minutes. The communication with the host was very prompt and informative. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we will definitely return in the future!

This condo should not be used by first time condo renters. It will spoil you! You will expect all condos to be this well maintained. The unit is perfect for families, has many...many kitchen utensils...more than you could ever use. Great people with quick replies, my family loved every minute of the stay. We will come back for sure!

FALL BREAK 2021
We loved our stay at the condo. The condo was exactly as pictured. The beach and view were beautiful. We had plenty of room. The condo overall was clean there was some trash under the beds, the stove top must have gotten missed and the trash can was really dirty but overall was acceptable. We were a little nervous because there we some visible gouges in the wall they didn't bother us we were just concerned they would think we created the damage. We would definitely stay here again.

The Condo and the Owners Jason and Lynne were fantastic. Beautiful Condo! The view was spectacular even during a Tropical Storm. Not expecting to be hit with a possible Hurricane or Tropical Storm but realizing when booking that this time of year can be unpredictable. We experienced a Tropical Storm for the first time and our Grandchildren will have something to tell their friends and future children about. Jason even offered to let us adjust our check out times on our last day but we were out on time. This place is breath taking. The elevators are fast and no more than a minute or 2 wait time usually. The pools were nice and clean. I would totally recommend this Condo to anyone that is looking in this area. I cannot say enough good things about it. They had an emergency evacuation test 2 days after the storm had hit, we missed the notices that they would conducting these test and it was quite horrifying when the alarms and emergency evacuation messages started going off, needless to say my mother in law 82 and my 2 Granddaughters 11 and 9 and myself (Husband and Grandson was at Beach already) made it to 19th floor level when we ran into a maintenance worker that told us it was just a test, whew that was more terrifying than the Tropical Storm so needless to say we had an eventful vacation. We had a wonderful time other than those 2 events which is to no fault of the owners. They were quick to respond when messaged.

Such a great property. Excellent location and beach access. The condo was super clean and smelled so fresh. Exactly as described. It had everything you could ask for, we felt like we were home. Amazing view of the ocean from the 21st floor. We just cannot say enough and communication with the owner was amazing! Thank you so much. Our family had such a blast. We will be back next year!

I am always worried about cleanliness of rentals. This condo is very clean and well maintained. The condo is bigger than what you can tell in the photos. We had plenty of room for our 4 adults and 2-16 yo’s. The views are amazing and the rockers on the balcony were wonderful. We would definitely stay again!
