I like the style of the room
Just needed a little fixing up in places

Aircond is stinky
Swimming pool dirty, lousy room service, simply charge for something extra because you are foreigner , lousy tv not working
4.5
Great, well maintained resort with comfortable beds and a very nice swimming pool. The staff are great and the whole experience was wonderful.

The hotel concierge Michael (nickname) was exceptionally friendly and helpful with all necessary information and assistance.
Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Lower ground floor rooms are cooler but darker as there are windows on one side and no view.
No English channels except one but of little entertaining value.
Location is not the best for restaurants and sight seeing but transport is relatively cheap so the problem is overcome.
Breakfasts are very expensive in all hotels I've been in Thai.

big bathtub for relaxing
good

Michael who seems like the only staff member working here seems to do everything. He was so welcoming and caring and could not do enough to make sure my stay was perfect. Thank you again Michael for everything 😊
Just needs a little tidying in places, maybe a paint job

Beds were quite uncomfortable.

Bit room, clean, good breakfast (pay for it when you are there,. Not over booking.com), absolutely friendly staff!
I didn't know that I got a room in the basement with no view at all. Just looking at tiles..

I booked two nights here for Christmas and it was absolutely perfect! It’s a beautiful hotel without being too fancy and it felt so peaceful there as I hardly saw many other guests around even though most rooms looked taken! Michael on reception made the stay extra special as he was just so lovely and helpful with everything!
Absolutely nothing although I did think the breakfast could have been a little more exciting for a 4* hotel.. maybe some pastries and fresh fruit available would be nice as I’m veggie and could only really have scrambled eggs with toast.

clean and comfortable rooms
friendly staff
nice facilities, booked a 5* hotel that was much more expensive but preferred this place because of the vibe
LOTS of mosquitos, so bring repellent with you

Big room with very comfortable beds.
Very pleasant pool and lounging area.
Very capable and pleasant staff.
The location is pretty good - about a 15/20 minute walk to Nimaan and the Old Town - but the soi and immediate area held little appeal for me re food and drink.

Michael who runs the hotel is very nice and helpful with very good English, he was lovely to chat to.
Judging by the place, it was once a luxury resort and spa, however, this is no longer the case. The photographs online are outdated so it’s a bit deceiving to say the least. The only amenity that is available to use is the pool. The location is also a bit far from most attractions. It’s very close to the airport so planes are coming in and out between 6:00 am and 12:30 am. There is also a person who owns roosters right next door to the hotel and they crow at all hours of the day and night which isn’t ideal when the doors are nowhere near soundproof. A bit disappointed that when I booked “The Chaya Resort and Spa” I didn’t get a Resort or Spa.

The receptionist/manager was super helpful and polite. Having a room with direct access to the swimming pool was lovely.
Breakfast was disappointing. Limited choice of food. Had to wait for plates and cutlery on the 2 days i ate there. The hotel is directly under the flight path so there is quite a lot of noise in the early morning and late evening. The room and hotel were very nice but i do not think it was value for money.

pool was nice and clean
Staff were very rude and ignorant. I don’t see how it is called a spa when there is none in sight. restaurant never open. Ants in the room (A lot). easy accessible for anyone to lock you inside your room.

I enjoyed the wonderfully room and fantastic service

The resort provided a free shuttle from the airport, which was great because we had a late flight. The hotel restaurant closes at 21:30, which means we had no food or water when we arrived, though they gave us a free lift to a small market on the main street. Comfortable, massive beds, and a huge bathroom. Best I can describe this place is bang for buck.
The little things. Pillows were hard, the room, though clean, was a bit run down. The bathroom logistics were so weird...everytime we took a shower it flooded. The boardwalk was very uneven, so you'd either trip or step on a hollow spot. Since everything is covered with a grass mat you can't really see where the faulty spots were. We ordered eggs for breakfast that never arrived, even though we reminded the staff/ Chinese owner twice. All tiny details, but they did bring the experience down to an 8.

Breakfast is good enough for eggs station in ABF and Thai food, Big bathroom room, Bed very comfortable,
Location quite far from the main road.
5.0
The swimmingpool directly connected and accessable from the room.
Really nothing
4.0
Spacious clean room for family with private pool view balcony for their executive room. Avoid their deluxe room as there is no window and view. Nice decorations for photo taking. Wonderful staff service and great breakfast choices.
The noises from the planes, the chickens and birds in the early morning is really not friendly for a good sleep. Avoid this place unless u are a heavy sleeper.
