Nice home located very close to the national park. However, we visited in August with temperatures over 100 degrees. While description of the home having AC is correct, the AC unit was inadequate in actually cooling the home; hot and uncomfortable inside. Can not recommend this home for a stay during the summer.

The house was charming, so was the location. Be sure to fill the bird feeder! The wildlife is amazing - we made some adorable new friends! I would absolutely stay here again!

Warm, welcoming, exactly as described by other reviews.
Easy to relax, recharge & live. Easy to cook, all basic needed are there, And if you forget anything the health food store at the main road - 2 minutes away has an amazing selection of dairy, meat & veggies if you don’t want to run to Stater’s.
I am one for usually trying new experiences, however I will certainly state here on my return visit.
Enjoying the night sky in the hot tub was definitely a favorite.

Lots of nice touches and everything we needed for our stay to visit Joshua Tree National park. We love the seclusion a very short distance from town. Loved watching the birds and even the coyote that walked by!

I liked the setting except for the steepness of the road which is not the owners fault. Enjoyed the hot tub which was very clean. The only Joshua Tree we saw in bloom was in our yard.

As always elicia's property and managers are tip top and always available if you need anything.
I've stayed here about 5 times and have enjoyed every time I come.
It is located so close to the main strip in town and to the National Park less than 5 minutes away.
I highly recommend coming here.🌞🐦🦋☮️

The home was clean quiet and a perfect location to enter the park. If you are into music there is an incredible
collection of records waiting to be listened too.
After a long day of hiking it was wonderful to enjoy a soak in the hot tub and watch the coyotes, rabbits and quail around the property. If we return
to Joshua tree we will stay here again.

Had a great time enjoying the record player and hot tub for a nice quiet weekend. The animals in the morning by the bird feeder as I had my coffee were a treat. Would definitely recommend.

It’s was a wonderful experience, this cottage is just perfect to come out and disconnect from the caos of the city life and connect with earth.
We had such a great time, the view is extremely espectacular at any time of the day, very relaxing spot at the jacuzzi, feeding the birds is a must, had fun trying to climb the mountain, we enjoyed our evenings at the terrace along side the chimenea. This cottage indeed has everything you will need, just bring in the food. Very close to Joshua Tree and all the fun touristic places to visit.
The owners take very good care of the property and it was nice to see how they put in touch of them. Also the coordinator was very helpful, explained all the instructions easily.
Overall best 9th anniversary ever spent, we will cherish this precious time spent here forever. Us Floridians don’t get to experience these types of views in our state. Hope to come back soon !

As described in listing. Very clean and everything functioned. Makes you feel like a disney princess due to animals which crowd around the backyard. Vety close to JTNP visitor’s center and main entrance.

Perfect spot that feels secluded but is super close to great coffee plus JT park. Hot tub star gazing and drinking your morning coffee watching all of the birds can’t be beat! Would definitely return here.

The location is perfect for seeing Joshua Tree Park. After exploring the area…we sat by the fire outside and enjoyed the beautiful desert. Morning was spent watching birds at the bird feeder. What a great escape this place is!!!!

Our visit to Joshua Tree
The property is in an excellent location, close to shopping and dining, but away from the main highway. Quiet and relaxing, this stay was just what we wanted. The hot tub at the end of a long day in the National Park was the perfect ending of a wonderful visit

Wonderful location
This house is located on the edge of one of the streets going north from Joshua Tree town. The location is magnificent, with wide open spaces to walk from, and a very private (and hot) hot tub. A few small shops and restaurants in the town, but it's a short drive to Yucca Valley for some big supermarkets.

We loved every minute of our stay here. The hot tub was great, as were the stars, the house, the record player, and the fireplace!

Perfect getaway
We loved our stay in JT! This house was exactly what we were looking for. Not far from town, but still a bit remote. Great decor and record collection. Enjoyed breakfast and stargazing on the patio, and soaking in the hot tub. Would definitely come back to stay here again.

Joshua Tree Casita
We truly enjoyed our two night stay at this property. It was cozy with an eclectic decor. Most of our visit to Joshua Tree was spent hiking in the park so it was great being so close to the entrance.
We loved the patio. It made it feel like we were still in the park. We were able to see the stars, and when the moon rose, it came up right beside the Joshua Tree.
The WiFi was a little shaky, but we could stay connected just fine with 5G.

Excellent location
I think that there isn't a better place to stay if your primary interest is going to be the park. Despite having the convenience of being in a neighborhood, the property maintains its privacy and seclusion. Checking in and out is extremely easy and even though you are located on a dirt road, most vehicles should be more than capable of entering and exiting the driveway.

A favorite Joshua Tree couples retreat house!
We have returned here multiple times. The location from town is the right combo of close to town, but a feel that you're far away in a desert wash looking out through the creosote bushes at the mountains. Perfect view of the sunrise, and the sunset, all from a hot tub in a private location. Alisha is a responsive and conscientious host as always. Recommend to those new to JT, check out JT Coffee, Boo's Bakery and Natural Sisters, bring those three things back to the house, and eat outside at the two different table locations in the back yard, and you'll be in heaven! Birds galore, rabbits, chipmunks, and two coyotes were frolicking and howling right around the property, Like the best of camping and rental combined.

Perfect Location
Our first time in JT, I wanted a property that was close to everything in case we wanted to venture out but I also wanted a space that was comfortable enough to stay in for the weekend. This was it. The property was off an unpaved road just far enough back for complete privacy. The house is the perfect size for a couple and maybe a kid or two. The highlight of the home is definitely the outside area the owners have put together, the jacuzzi at sunset is beautiful. We were down the street from the main highway, good breakfast at Country Kitchen. Drove to Pioneertown for Harriet and Pappy's- that is also a must! and just relaxed, it was too hot to explore the park but we will be back in the fall!

Perfect spot for a quiet stay
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a post pandemic get away. The property is close to everything you need, but remote enough to enjoy complete silence, amazing wildlife and incredible star gazing. The hot tub at sunset was magical and feeding the birds was the best part of the mornings. The record collection was fantastic and we had so much fun playing some old favorites and discovering new gems. Next time we plan a JT trip we would definitely stay again! Just be sure to bring a sleep mask if you like to sleep in, the bedroom was quite bright once the sun came up! Be sure to check out Pioneertown, Pappy & Harriets and Pie for the People.

Peaceful & relaxing
This property is amazing from the views to the wildlife it is exactly as we hoped it would be. In the mornings after filling up the bird feeder I’d start the day with coffee and enjoy watching all the birds fly in. The home is cozy, comfortable and clean. We slept great! The jacuzzi was the perfect way to end our days after long hikes. We really enjoyed this peaceful oasis. Thank you for sharing your home.
