Normaal gezien vergeef ik snel & plaats ik eigenlijk nooit een slechte beoordeling, maar dit is de SLECHTSTE hotel ooit!! Ontvangst was super slecht, eerst 2-3 kamers geprobeerd vooraleer we een deftige kamer hebben gekregen ( alle kamers stinken naar sigaretten of er hing een vieze lucht aan )pas bij de laatste kamer wanneer ze die vol hebben gespoten met luchtverfrisser hebben wij die dan uiteindelijk toch moeten nemen want geld kregen we toch sowieso niet terug. Personeel onvriendelijk & zeker de “manager”, SUPER onhygiënisch, heel veel insecten in de kamer, slechte wifi, als familie moet je daar zeker niet komen want s’avonds veranderd het hotel eerder in een bordeel ( mij maakt het niet uit maar ga het sowieso meedelen) , ik heb zelf een zwembad & kan je nu zeggen dat deze hotel hun zwembad niet onderhouden wat jammer was want daar deden wij het voor in deze super warme dagen. Dit is zogezegd 4 sterrenhotel wat super schaamteloos is tegenover booking.com, de klanten en voor het hotel zelf! Ik heb zelfs gezegd dat ik een slechte beoordeling ging plaatsen maar het personeel lachten het gewoon weg. Dus bij deze ik heb mij aan mijn woord gehouden. Alleszins hoop ik dat jullie de kwaaltjes eruit kunnen halen want dit is de slechtste ervaring ooit. ik reis al jaren over heel de wereld en heb veel ervaren maar deze was geen mooie ervaring.

Horrible.

The rooms were nice and great location

I forgot my key in the room, and the hotel staff made me pay 200 baht just to open my door. Her name is Nina, and she has an absolutely HORRIBLE attitude, terrible customer service. She ruined my entire experience and I won’t book this place again, and suggest others avoid it as well.

Excellent stay!

Everything. The pool is cool!

There is one thing that i was not happy about during the stay is :- 1) Additional Charges for each time room key is left in the room. Room 514 i really forgot the room key when we went out for late lunch as we travel from Bangkok. Due to my own mistake left the room in a hurry i was charged THB200. To be fair we were not told upon check in on such situation, we even called our friend to help to appeal with the reception but they say NO. This condition should be pre informed in the booking App or upon check in. 2) Air Condition break down on the 10th Apr for the whole floor. No doubt it is not the hotel fault, however need to do frequent maintenance to avoid further inconvenience like moving room.

Very dated hotel worn out carpets on landing the ratan sun chairs around pool area were all damaged and ripped,no coffee in room only two tea bags.not a four star hotel.

Overall adequate. The noise issues spoilt my stay

Pretty good location to get to soi 6, 7,8, bukkuae and 3rd Road and the Sauna, swimming pool I used frequently a short walk from the hotel. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. A shout out to the receptionist Amy. Very helpful, she was from Manchester, but is half Thai so useful and had good local knowledge and sorted me a Taxi for my Airport Hotel.

This hotel is Indian owned, so has a lot of Indian guests. The main problem I encountered with this is their general lack of spacial awareness. Blocking a lift and trying to get in it while I am trying to get out with my suitcase and standing in the entrance to the hotel blocking guests entrance and exit. Also they left the swimming pool in a state. Towels and garments living around the seating area along with spirit bottles. I was on a no smoking floor, but guests were smoking in their rooms. The noise from outside the hotel, was at times problematic. There's a Buddhist temple next door, so chanting 6 until 8 in the morning, drum banging 11 to 12. Stray dogs are living round the hotel so they will bark, whenever they fancy. I think the windows are not very sound proof, which is a shame because the noise from within the hotel is good unless someone rings the door bell in the room next door. Also you get traffic noise from motorbikes probably unsilenced. There are beggars living very close to the hotel, who are friendly and not intimidating. Finally the price I paid was well above the monthly rate of 18000 baht, which went up to 19000 baht towards the end of my time in Pattaya. 50 % discount based on me booking my flight with Booking.com, but I can get it cheaper just turning up. This seems to be a common theme in Thailand. Find your price on the likes of Booking.com then go directly to the hotel to see what price they will offer you.

at the checkout the ladies were friendly

the rooms are small and you can hear the people in next rooms talking. in the morning Indian people were talking so loud that you could not sleep well. at the checkin the staff was very rude. they talked in their language and laughed about us
