Our hosts could not have been more accomodating and engaging. The property itself is a marvel with small delights spread throughout. From a boutique tea bar and marvelous breakfast to a welcoming glass of wine, every hope was exceeded. Our hosts were even kind enough to provide a ride to and from dinner once they saw my mother is somewhat immobile. I can not recommend this lodging more highly, it was truly excellent.
Grasse itself is extremely vertical, which can be tough to navigate for those who might not be prepared.

Our hosts were amazing, they were very attentive and friendly. My friends and I were there celebrating my 30th birthday and our hosts Michael and Eric arranged for cake and champagne when we arrived which was lovely! There were 6 of us that stayed in the b&b, my friend and I stayed in the cottage which had beautiful picturesque views over grasse, it also had great amenities with an outdoor kitchen and sun loungers looking over the view. Overall we had an amazing stay and we wished we had stayed longer!

Nice room with quality furnishings and unusual design ideas. Lovely garden.
Welcoming professional and knowledgable hosts.
Varied choices for breakfast.
Parking near the property is difficult for large cars. When moving around in Grasse on foot you need to be prepared to walk steep stairs.

Our hosts were the most wonderful people, so accommodating and helpful. They were friendly, their food was amazing, and the accommodation itself was beautifully maintained. It was perfect! I highly recommend waking up early to watch the sun rise from the beautiful terrace, it was the most peaceful and serene experience.
No part of this experience was bad - we loved it all!

The view was beautiful over the valley towards the sea. Breakfast was on the sunny terrace and was cereals and croissants with nicely prepared cold meats and cheese plentiful coffee and tea and juice and water. Michael was the perfect host.
The only small thing was the hairpin bend en route to the Skylark. Otherwise, I couldn't fault it. The Skylark is a lovely Bed & Breakfast and I know where I'll be staying next time I am in Grasse. What more can I say?

Amazing location! The sunrise and the moon light, wow! Very friendly hosts, they made us feel very welcoming and that “feel like home” feeling. Lot of home made stuff for breakfast, such as yogurt, butter, jams etc. We stayed in the small cottage and it was well equipped with all you need for a couple of nights. 🌟

The decorations were nicely done, our room had everything we needed:
WC, comfy bed and stylish shower. The breakfast was of very good quality, we had it in front of an amazing view from the terrace.
The hosts were super available, helpful, and never hesitated when we were thirsty to serve us ice teas and coffees!
The guests better be sporty as there are lots of stairs :)

This place feels like you are home . Michael
and Eric are super awesome and such great
hosts and treats all his guests like family .
They are so welcoming and we were so
surprised when we walked into their beautiful
home . Such a charming oasis .
Not much .. like in most of France , it’s a good
idea to drive a small car for easy parking.

Immaculately clean and very attractive property. The hosts were just brilliant, very helpful, engaging and absolutely genuinely interested in their guests. We were only there one night but felt totally welcomed. The views from the property are really outstanding, great spot on the patio for both breakfasts and nightcaps overlooking Grasse and miles beyond. Many thanks for their suggestions for additional day trips which we have started to make our way through. Also three very good restaurant recommendations, which we managed to get through two of them.

We were given a very warm welcome and great hospitality from the moment we arrived. It is in a fabulous location overlooking Grasse and down to the sea. Our hosts were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, whilst sitting on the terrace with that amazing view. Hope to return another time.

The property is carefully curated with greeneries and has an amazing panoramic view of the region, where you can also see the sea in distance!! You have sun rise in the morning and luckily we also saw the moon rise, which is unforgettable. the room, bathroom and our outdoor kitchen is beautifully furnished and comfortable, nothing better than an outdoor dinning on that terrace! The breakfast is amazing as well. The owner is very kind and helpful too. Thank you so much for this experience at Grasse.
In order to enjoy the view from this property, you have to climb up a lot of stairs from the city centre, if you don't have a car. But we managed to do it, and totally worth the effort!
