Um achado em Floripa!

Ótima localização na Lagoa da Conceição, próximo de bares e restaurantes e dos acessos as praias do Sul e do Norte. A casa é linda, parece que você está realmente em uma casa de veraneio. O quarto é muito confortável, banheiro bem amplo. Café da manhã simples mas delicioso! Os ovos eram feitos na hora, só pedir para as meninas da cozinha. Inclusive, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e nos deixaram super a vontade. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui.

Estadia foi boa.

A equipe era muito prestativa. A cama era muito boa.

Café da manhã muito simples. O nosso quarto não tinha persianas, apenas cortinas. Não tinha televisão no quarto.

sobre el desayuno> pecou por la poca variedad y por la presencia constante de vientos helados en la varanda donde fue servido. Los puntos positivos recaen en el buen atendimiento de las funcionarias (Jana, Eddi, Marcia, Aline), mil gracias a todas. Mil gracias a la gerente Mariana. El lugar es lindo, rodeado de fauna y flora.

El lugar donde fue servido el desayuno, muy frio y con vientos helados. Piso de la varanda quebrado que puede ocasionar caída de alguna persona, incluidos los propios funcionarios.

Um lugar especial

Um lugar especial, no meio da natureza e em frente da lagoa da Conceição e atrás as Dunas e a praia da Joaquina. A simpatia de todos funcionários é contagiante e o cuidado e carinho com nossa cachorra foi demais. Com certeza recomendamos e vamos voltar na próxima estadia em Floripa.

incredible home-like stay!

the full staff was incredible, so attentive, warm, treated us like family, Mr Natalio took us on a hike even though he was bare foot (just so that we didn’t get lost)! - we all hugged at the end

bikes can Be updated - breaks not working and chains were choppy

Friendly staff, lovely guest house

Beautiful guest house in a great location. Extremely clean and well maintained. Lovely pool, delicious breakfast, strong WiFi. Mariana and the whole team were very kind and accommodating.

Minor point but perhaps add another bedside table so there's one on each side of the bed.

Enjoy macaus, parrots, saguis monkeys and the astonishing nature & view of the (Laguna)

It is a mansion transformed into a hotel - it has a splendid nature surrounding the entire property which means parrots, saguis monkeys, macaus and other local birds right there - that was pretty amazing! We could feed them with fruits and it was an special experience. The hotel does not offer TV inside the rooms -( only at the lobby) and that it is on purpose - but I must confess, during our staying ( 6 nights total) and with the rainny season on its verge, I missed the TV at night. There is a small selection of books ( some in English) that can replace the TV or you can choose playing cards ( if you are not in the honeymoon....) The staff is very friendly and talkative - putting a lot of effort in the art of pampering guests, but despite this I felt a little bit the lack of essential stuff when you are paying a high price for a hotel - which is the case here. Good towels were not available - they were quite in bad shape for a Hotel Boutique and there is also a problem of the absence of proper furniture inside the rooms - like cabinets, drawers or a proper place to put your suitcase on or even to hang some bikinis to get them dry. Breakfast was excellent - coffee , fruits, tapioca and cakes were delicious - made at the property by 2 ladies in charge of the kitchen that were very friendly. The incredible nature that surrounds this Hotel it is in fact its main attraction. Quiet and secluded, despite being near - few 2 or 3 miles away from dowtown village - you can for sure, have a relaxing and peaceful hotel experience.

Second time stay.

This is our second time here. This time it was only an impromptu stay for 1 night. I am happy to recommend and is clean, friendly, secure, great location and facilities. Great breakfast. We will be back.

Exceptional place and we can't wait to visit again.

This was quite a beautifully kept property with stunning yardwork and a solid building with wood adorning. Our room overlooking the lake was fantastic with a large balcony plus hammock, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a big comfortable bed with linen sheets. There was a large pool in the middle of the property. The receptionist at night really took care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed and more! She also set us up with a seafood restaurant that was not in the busy touristy area which we appreciated. Oh did I mention that if you are lucky, you get to see the wild monkeys that visit the trees on the property!?

Great, but did not get the bed as confirmed previously.

Friendly staff (Natálio, Fernanda, Marcia and Mariana), gorgeous house (spacious, modern, well decorated, good taste, attention to details). Plentiful and tasteful breakfast.

As previously commented by other guests, the room with the king size bed does not have in fact a king size bed, but two twins. Unless you enjoy sleeping in a king bed but separate from your wife/spouse, or if any of you don't mind spooning in a crack, the king bed-like they provide is perfect for you. And in all honesty, fun aside (as we know other properties do the same), I contacted the property beforehand to inform that a Queen bed would be enough for us (if a real king bed could not be provided as advertised for the lake view room). They said it would be arranged, but it was not. I slept in the crack. : )
