It was cute & clean.. The staff was super nice. It is right downtown. If you're a young couple looking for something just to sleep in.. it might work out for you..

There was no ventilation. It was like breathing your own air for days. The a/c was great, thou. When we opened the storm windows, the other guests were so loud we couldn't rest or hear ourselves think. There was no room, in the room, to sit and enjoy a meal. You had to sit on the bed or a small couch. The bed was so uncomfortable we had to buy pillows and a top mattress. There was no parking. If you did find a spot, you better be an ace at parallel parking. I mean, holy cow.....Thursday night is the street fair. It starts at 5 pm. Don't move your vehicle, or you will lose your parking for the whole time the street fair is going on. Everything in Rincon closes by 10 pm. So make sure you stock up food in the super small fridge. The last thing to know is that this place is not next to the beach. So make sure you know what beach and where it is beforehand.. 5mins away is not the case.

Besides of that i had a very good time.

No breakfast the location should of bin in another place not in the city more privete.

Well the aircondition because of the weather the pool but i couldnt use it and it was very clean and at night it was very quiet.

The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and georgeous. It is located near everything! The pool is great and so close to the room. I really loved the place!

Lovely stay, beautiful clean apartment with everything you need, excellent hosts, centrally located!

Excellent wonderful place with incredible kind hosts that we're available to answer questions right away. The apartment is in a great location close to restaurants and the downtown area of Rincon. It was a great stay and the pool was serene. These hosts really put an effort in providing a clean beautiful comfortable space! I can't say enough positive things about the apartment and the hosts and Rincon is such a magical beautiful place and the apartment is close to the beach as well!

The apartment is super comfy, clean and well located. It always depends on what you're looking for. It doesn't have a private parking but you can always park in front of the apartment and it's safe. It's a good place if you wanna go to the beach you'll have to walk pribably 2 or 3 squares to get into the beach so it's really close. The owner has beach chairs available for use which was fantastic as well as towels for he beach. I highly recommend this place if you wanna rest and have a private time with your family or partner. The pool area was always clean and well maintained. We meet with other guests there and everybody was super friendly and respectful.

One of th3 beds had too many mattress and it might be better just to have 1.

Perfect place a five minute walk from the beach, grocery store and restaurants.

The apartment was perfect for two people. It was very modern and well laid out. The pool is also awesome to have after surfing or going to the beach. The hosts were great and checked in to make sure that our stay was going well.

The door has to be locked with a key when you’re inside the room, then unlocked with the key. Seems like a little bit of a fire hazard but not a deal breaker.

It was great. The beach is at walking distance and so is the downtown. Everything is near which is great and it’s locate

It was right on the town and everything was close. The place was clean and it seemed well taken care of. It looked better than what the pictures showed.

The living room area needed an a/c unit. it was very hot even when we opened the windows. The beds were though but other than that it was great 👍🏻

It was clean, pretty and have all you need to have a wonderful time.

Have no parking, but it is on the description of the listing, so you know it before. We were able to always find parking in the street in the front or really near of it.

Family PR trip 2021

It was clean, cozy and modern! Glad we chose this spot and would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. The owners were super helpful and very attentive.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no washer. We’re a family of 6 and that’s always a huge help. We made it work though and really have no complaints.
