Renovated room with a small kitchen. Close to the central station. Fair price.

Bettbezug smells bad. Would be better to renew them.

Very nice and comfortable apartment with all necessary equipment. Close to the city centre (walking distance).

Only issue is that the place doesn't have an elevator and if you are travelling with big suitcases, you need to carry them up on a very narrow staircase.

The apartment was very clean. Location was about 5 min walk from main train station.

Internet was terrible.

Water pressure of shower, internet access.

First, the bed smelled furiously of sweat. I looked under the mattress and found a large sweat stain. I also found hair on the mattress. Both the mattress and the comforter smelled sweaty. Luckily, I found a spare blanket and put it on the bed and was just barely able to sleep. (Without it, it would have been impossible to sleep.) The coffee maker smelled musty, and when I made coffee, the whole room smelled musty, so I could not drink coffee. There were no clips on the coffee package either. The towels also smelled, and were unpleasant. One hand towel was already on the floor from the beginning, which was also disappointing. I just simply wanted to sleep in a clean bed for the night and have a good cup of coffee in the morning.

The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had the basic necessities like a fridge and a microwave oven. The bed was comfortable. They provide a standing fan, which is very much appreciated given how warm the apartment gets.

The apartment faces west and the afternoon sun heats the apartment up so it becomes uncomfortably warm. Being on the ground floor facing the street, it wasn't safe to open the windows wide overnight. The roller blind is worn and has 2 settings: all open or fully shut. From all open, one needs to climb a chair and use a metal hook (provided) to reach it to pull it down. Suggestion: request for the rear facing apartments which are quiter and cooler as they face away from the street. I had a very heavy footed guest staying upstairs who walked back and forth frequently, and this woke me many times both nights. I did not receive the code to access the apartment until 1630h on day of arrival. I had major problems opening the main door until I was told to pull the door while turning the key. I struggled with this for 5 to 10 min each time for the first day...

Clean

We book for 4 people, they provide us only 2 towels. When asked why? First they answered, and then never replied our question. Very unprofessional.

Location of the apartment is great, as it is just 10 minutes walking from the main station and ca 15 from the city center. The studio had everything one can need for a short stay (kitchen utensils, towels, dishes). Floor heating keeps the whole apartment comfortably warm. the bed is comfortable. Furniture and bathroom are newly renovated and spacious.

It would be good to place a shield at the entrance to the street where it is located so it is easier to find it when coming. Studio could have been cleaned a bit better (dust, shower head a bit moldy, even though it was brand new). Providing shower gel/shampoo would be appreciated.
