OK but not perfect.

Nice, clean, huge, good location.

Different one then stated (not Lupáčova 20), no appropriate glasses (neither for water nor for wine), I haven’t been contacted after leaving, although I left a rather expensive bottle of alcohol on site.

Excellent apartment, well managed and easy communication throughout.

The apartment was in a great location for a conference at the Olšanka Hotel. It was very comfortable for a couple and in a safe location and a secure building while I was alone. Also very close to an Albert for groceries.

Superb

The apartment was at the 9th floor, so it had a good view. The location was great as well. A tram stop was 5 mins walking dinstance and with the tram one could in 10 mins reach the central part of the city. The place was well equipped with all the appliances, was cosy and comfortable. A grocery store was also 5-10 mins walking distance away. We had a great time at the place and would recommend to others.

Only few small thing. The kitchen area was a little crammed up, little more space would have been nice to prepare something to eat. Also would be good to have brighter lights in the kitchen area. Lastly the the water system in the bathtub was irritating. We couldn't really adjust the water temperatur according to our needs, it was either too hot or too cold.

Exceptional

Location was the best thing about this place. The decor and supplies are very modern, done with great taste. The host met us right on time and explained everything we needed to know. It was a peaceful place to rest after a busy day.

It would be nice if the tub had a shower head that could be hung up to stand under.

I liked it here.

The flat is beautiful. It has a jacuzzi. It has lots of closets. Everything was provided (from tea to slippers).

The jaccuzi pipes had lots dirt around them. The toilet brush was awfully dirty.

Cozy appartment with a great massage bath

The appartment is on the top floor, so it has some great view, but not spectacular since it is not facing the city. The massage bath in the bathroom is definitely a hit for the couples! The whole appartment looks very new, and recently renovated.

Hm, the lack of a proper kitchen dining area was a bit of a surprise. The kichen utensils and appliances are all there, but if you want to sit down and have a meal, you have to go to the main room and sit at the desk there.

Great little flat with a functioning hot tub

Hot tub is awesome. Whole flat is modern, great extras around and gorgeous lighting.

Wonderful apartment for relaxing and visiting Prague

The apartment seemed new or freshly renovated and looked even nicer than in the pictures. There is a great view from the windows, the bed is very comfortable and the whirlpool bathtub is huge. We especially appreciated the convenient parking garage as parking in Prague is difficult. The old town is just three stops away by Tram and the Tram Station is very close. The area is charming with some nice restaurants reachable on foot, away from the touristy hustle and bustle of the inner city.

Nice, big apartment with some cons. Perfect for a short stay. 45 min walk to the old town.

The apartment was very big and overall really nice. Really nice bath, walls etc. Good garage. friendly host, comfortable big bed. quiet place.

Whirlpool functions didn’t work, TV didn’t work, the socket frame fell out the wall, some things were really dusty. 8th floor. giving the key back could be a bit smarter (going to garage, driving out just to go back into the apartment in the 8th floor and leave the keys inside)

it is beautiful apartament, only 3min walk from tram. with tram you have 15min to old city. apartament is big, spacious and really cosy. there is kitchen, waschong machine, comfortable bed, jacuzzi, lot of space in cabinets. totally recommend!

I missed a table and 2 chairs somewhere in kitchen or room. would need it for the meals consumption

great apartment very good. the apartment is in Praha 3 but well linked to city centre by a great number of tram. jacuzzi is ok but for one person only. all was very ok

Exceptional

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, modern equipped apartment. We had everything needed and many more including kitchen utensils, wardrobes, dishwasher, smart tv and hot tub. Great view, nice quiet area with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. A short tram ride away from the centre. Very friendly host. Most important: an own parking lot in the underground garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Missing table and chairs for breakfast or dinner meals. A Washing machine would be more helpfull instead of dishwasher.

Facilities were good but not enough.

Designated Packing place, free gift(chocolates and wine),

Spider webs, noisy air conditioner, not well washed Dishes, dirty window with dead Flys. Broken inside refrigerator, broken shower bath(cannot control water, bath lamp), not enough soft for ps3. Return key after car out from parking place(for this I needed to go flat again for putting key)

Definitely recommended

Very friendly host. Waiting personally on handing over the keys and introduces the facility. The apartment is modern equipped for surviving nearly any situation. Excellent cleaned accommodation. And most important for Prague: an own parking lot in the underground.
