The location is just great. Rooms, view and breakfast are splendid. We would definitely prefer to come back one day
It could be more convenient to have a mobile phone number before arrival

a fantastic property ideally located with a great breakfast deck overlooking the port

Fantastic, very clean and great quality of furnishings and bedding. One very very small criticism, more hooks in the bathroom. The breakfast, the location, and the staff are all wonderful.
All good, car parking is difficult if you have a big vehicle. The concession in the public car park is reasonable, but it is very tight for turning.

Beautifully renovated historic building with luxurious feeling. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great welcoming drink and snack on the upstairs deck, and a superb breakfast.

Friendly & helpful staff
Location was amazing- right in the heart of the town.
Decor was fresh and modern.
Knowing that this a beautiful historical. We understood the rooms were naturally a bit small.

This accommodations blew us away! it was amazing! from the room, the location, the breakfast, the welcome drinks! everything was amazing!
no elevator - but we knew about this and it’s apart of the charm of a beautiful older building - so not much of a complaint at all!

Amazing Location right next to the sea and the building is really unique ❤️
Great breakfast on the balcony, with some fine food & good coffee.
Staff is really nice, even when arriving late.
Price is already pretty steep and then we were charged 38 Euros for parking (as suggested at the (tiny) Grand Hotel garage) for not even 1 full day (parking from 20:00 -> 11:00 next day)... maybe the hotel could offer a better deal for guests.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is absolutely fenomenal.
Interesting design of the shower room within the room.
Toilet separately, which is really a good idea.
Unfortunately, there is no lift, especially if you have heavy bags. However, the gentleman helped with that. The rooms are small sized due to the type of old tower building. There is no room to open a big suitcase and hang your clothes, especially if 2 guests occupy the room.

Fantastic location! The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room overlooks the harbor and they have a private rooftop balcony. excellent breakfast. Parking is just up the street. only thing, no elevator so just beware but it is definitely worth it.

What a gem of a place. Great location and near to all amenities. Breakfast on the balcony was superb and the food was great. the two owners is friendly and helpful with suggestions regarding places to visit and restaurants. The stairs is a challenge when you arrive. the best kept secret in Portovenere.

Staying in an ancient building right in the middle of the buzzing part of Porto Venere.
BUT super (!) quiet (!) thanks to excellent windows which keep all noise outside - even when there is a special event happening and people from afar come to party in town. Congrats to the architect and the designer who renovated this ancient building to this standard, excellent job!
On top - the Air Con worked effectively and also silent throughout the night.
In the beginning, I had doubts if the mattress was going to be comfortable and firm enough for me, but two nights of sleeping very well proved me wrong.
Agnese was super nice and helpful when I asked about local specialties and responded super quickly.
Breakfast was a very fair deal for additional 10,-€ per person/morning with Croissant, bread, jam/Nutella, fruit salad, yoghurt, juices and excellent coffee - even available with soy milk.
I especially appreciated the clean/sleek design of the entire place. Reminded me a lot of Scandinavian design in its best sense. For me, the simple but clean and modern design does it - and this is exactly what I got here.
All in all, I can say we were very lucky to find this place spontaneously during high-season and find 200,-€/night a very fair price given the overall price range in the area during high season.
Grazie mille for a lovely 2-day-stay in Porto Venere. We are happy to recommend you to friends&family.
Not a dislike, only the imagination that the shower of room 5 could need a fresh set of paint in winter when the season is over.

Great location. Lovely view for breakfast each day.
The room was on the small side but had a balcony which made it feel larger.

The location is spectacular. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is perfect. The outside roof deck is a great addition. Beautiful view and breeze nightly.
If you come with a car the parking is an issue. Hard to find. Overnight parking is expensive. There is no elevator so be prepared and pack accordingly to climb 5 flights of stairs.

Beautiful balcony overlooking the port, basic breakfast with parfait, croissants, jams, no hot foods or proteins
No elevator, no parking it took us 6 hours to find a parking space, while other hotels in the area have designated parking, extremely noisy we did not get good rest neither nights, there’s a bar downstairs that blast music and it sounds like it’s inside your room, then the restaurant behind us had a party one night and the same thing happened with it sounding like it was happening in our room. It’s at no fault the hotels fault but it did cause disruption during our stay, although the staff is very friendly they are extremely loud practically yelling at early morning hours which is not very thoughtful of the guests who are trying to sleep at 7:30 am while on vacation… we were also charged $20 euro for two bottles of spritz which cost $4 euro for a pack or 3…

Torre was quite simply ....fabulous. The hosts, Deborah and Agnese were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well kitted out. The shower was fabulous, powerful and hot which was pure luxury and much needed after a days walking in the Cinque Terre.
Breakfast was delicious and being served on an open topped balcony with the most picture perfect view across Porto Venere was the icing on the cake along with the fabulous sea views from our window. We were able to get the bus into La Spezia to pick up the Cinque Terre train and also catch the Cinque Terre ferry literally 2 mins walk from the guest house.
We could not rate this accommodation any more highly and would recommend it as the perfect location to stay in and explore the Cinque Terre.

The room was small but with all the facilities. Breakfast on the terrace is nice: you get an average breakfast but a fantastic view of Portovenere. Friendly staff. Good communication in advance.
The room could deserve a fairer price. But you obviously pay for the location.
