Nous étions un groupe de sept personnes venues découvrir Tanger, superbe séjour; merci HILTON.

Notre chambre était juste MAGNIFIQUE. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, on a marché pour aller prendre le train à la gare, un grand centre commercial est à 2mn de marche. de plus, la propreté de l'établissement et la disponibilité du personnel sont vraiment à saluer. Un séjour vraiment mémorable, je recommande cet hôtel !!!

La lenteur de l'ascenseur sinon je n'ai pas de reproche à faire à cet hôtel

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Tanger.

El Hilton hotel, es uno de los mejores hoteles de Tanger. Como siempre en Tanger, el personal es muy amable y atento. Alta calidad de las instalaciones con habitaciones amplias, muy limpias. Altamente recomendable. Los desayunos son excelentes, con muy amplia variedad de productos y con varios cocineros atendiendo la demanda de platos calientes.

Prácticamente ninguno. Es un hotel caro, pero en relación calidad-precio merece la pena. Su ubicación es buena, aunque si lo que se busca es ir a la Medina, esta apartada de ella y del centro de Tanger.

Suite pas trop mal au dernier étage mais un bruit de moteur de climatisation ou de moteur d ascenseur toute la nuit... Enfin pour un Hilton et vue le prix cela reste une honte.

Un séjour en famille dans un hôtel au top !

Au delà de son emplacement au sein d’un endroit animé et face à la mer, l’équipe de l’hôtel est au petit soin … tout l’équipe de la réception en passant pour l’équipe de ménage sans oublier les vigiles . L’accueil est au cœur de leurs actions avec cette envie de vous satisfaire. L’hôtel est très propre et le petit déjeuner très varié est de grande qualité . Une mention spéciale à Mme Diakhité qui a fait de notre séjour un moment très agréable. Nous reviendrons !

Very clean and comfortable hotel with very attentive staff - I'll stay there again.

The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. All the staff from the receptionist when we arrived to the restaurant staff, restaurant manager and General manager were all very attentive and polite at all times. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing, I have no reason to complain as everything was as I'd expect or better.

От отеля ожидала совсем другого сервиса и обслуживания- не советую HILTON.

Расположение: рядом набережная, океан, и вокзал также рядом. Около вокзала остановка экскурсионного автобуса - на нем можно ознакомиться с городом и пригородом. Советую.

Из-за ошибки менеджера отеля - возникла проблема с двойной оплатой, не видели оплату за бронирование- очень не приятно и лишние незапланированные волнения. В первом номере не работал кондиционер - понадобилось 4 часа, чтобы нам предложили переселится в другой номер, на другом этаже. Вещи собирали и переносили сами - устали очень, но это никого не волновало. На огромную гостиницу - 3 небольших лифта на 4 человека или 2 с чемоданами, ждать приходилось по 10 минут чтобы подняться или спуститься(11 этаж)

Meilleur hôtel de Tanger

Tout était parfait, personnel aux petits soins, accueillant, chaleureux, très sympathique. Ce n'était pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel, il est toujours aussi propre, literie confortable, petit déjeuner copieux, salle de sport bien équipée. Je remercie surtout Imane de l'accueil et Rajae responsable du restaurant/ lounge, deux superbes belles âmes.

Komfortowy pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem, smaczne śniadania, miła obsługa. Dogodna lokalizacja blisko plaży i dworca kolejowego, z lotniska około 20minut-30minut taksówką zależnie od pory dnia.

W godzinach porannych (w moim przypadku około 7:30) trzeba sobie zarezerwować sporo czasu na skorzystanie z windy... nawet kilkanaście minut. Nie wiem czy hotel jest w stanie coś z tym zrobić, po prostu są tylko 3 małe windy (raczej 4, max 5 osób) do tego niezbyt szybkie, przy dużej ilości gości sporo czasu może minąć zanim doczekasz się na swoją kolej. Problem raczej tylko w godzinach porannych, gdy większość gości zjeżdza na dół w tym samym czasie. Ja do zejścia na śniadanie używałem schodów, ale jeśli dla kogoś to nie jest opcja, powinniście o tym wiedzieć.

Cleanliness Helpful staff and front desk Near a mall so easy access to food, groceries etc. Very accommodating - some of us were fasting so they gave us Suhour and breakfast for the remaining family. Super helpful!

A warm and welcoming hotel

I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn for two nights and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is, as you would expect from any Hilton Hotel, clean and in a good location. But what stood out for me was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Particularly, the breakfast staff, Malika, Btissam, Khadija and Jaire, who warmly welcomed me each morning.

Chambre trop étroite. Literie mauvaise qualité. Papier hygiénique très mauvaise qualité. Il est très difficile de rester dans la chambre sans allumer la climatisation en cas de chaleur. La manipulation de la télécommande de la climatisation énervante.

Parfait sauf une receptioniste incompétente

Les équipements, la propreté, ile personnel sauf une receptioniste.

J'ai rencontré un petit souci lors du petit-déjeuner où il m'a été indiqué que j'avais réservé pour 4 personnes au lieu de 5. Lorsque j'en ai informé la réceptionniste, elle m'a simplement dit que j'aurais dû payer pour la cinquième personne au petit-déjeuner. Je lui ai expliqué que j'avais déjà réglé pour 5 personnes et que cela n'était pas normal. Elle m'a alors conseillé d'appeler Booking moi-même car selon elle, l'erreur venait de leur part. Son attitude était assez arrogante. Heureusement, une autre réceptionniste est intervenue juste après et a pris en charge la situation, réglant le problème rapidement. Cela m'a tout de même pris 2 heures, alors que l'erreur ne venait pas de ma réservation.

Una pena que al día siguiente nos tuviésemos que marchar !

En general todo fue muy bien. Nos sorprendió la atención al llegar, ya que nos bajaron directamente al parking para dejar el coche sin haberlo solicitado ni nada. Los recepcionistas muy amables y cordiales. Solicitamos una cama extra y nos la prepararon en el momento del check in. Las camas comodísimas y la habitación muy muy limpia.

Nada aplicable al hotel ni a la estancia, que fue muy buena!

Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia en este hotel durante un par de noches, y hemos sido muy bien atendidos. La habitación estaba impecable y muy cómoda. El desayuno era delicioso y ofrecía una amplia variedad de opciones, incluyendo un excelente café de marca italiana. El personal fue excepcional, especialmente Ghita, quien nos recibió en el check-in, y Khadija en la entrada del restaurante, siempre con una gran sonrisa. L’accueil et la flexibilité de cette hôtel est exceptionnel. Une petite touche de remerciement pour la femme de chambre du dimanche qui nous ranger la chambre d’une manière différente et avec des pétales de roses vraiment c’était très agréable à voire.

Alors tout était très bien à l’exception d’un seul réceptionniste qui a douté de ma présence dans cette hôtel et me demandant mon nom pour en être sûr j’ai trouvé ça très déplacé alors la carte de ma chambre ne fonctionnait plus, il était très froid et non accueillant donc vraiment c’était désagréable.
