Stanza degli orrori

Nulla si avvicinava lontanamente a qualcosa che potesse piacermi

All’arrivo in reception si può subito avvertire il forte odore di puzza di piedi,il receptionist non si è nemmeno degnato di salutare, le sue parole sono state 2, reservation e passaporto. La stanza sembrava non essere stata pulita da anni, niente asciugamano niente lenzuolo, copri cuscino sporco, copri materasso sporco,ma la cosa peggiore è stato il bagno, pipì ovunque tubi rotti, muri sporchi,saponette usate,specchio nel quale da quanto era sporco non ci si poteva specchiare, mutande usate e bagnate a terra, capelli ovunque.Ragazzi sembrava uno scherzo, dopo nemmeno 10 minuti ho ripreso il mio zaino e me ne sono andato.

Bad experience

the area is difficult to find car parking, the hotel is a bit hidden, the staff doesn't understand Malay and sloppy, it's a bit slow, the hotel smells a bit, some pillows smell bad

shamp is best provided; so is the toast baker

simple breakfast but fully satisfying a hungery stomach. tosat with multiple choices of jams/peanut butter/chocklate butter. if the toast baker works, it will be 100 perfect.

second time to stay here, nice location, friendly host; yet this time room cleaning service is terrible. for three days of my stay, no one comes in to take the trash or clean the floor. but the first time i came, it was perfect. i found the clean lady turned to be a clean girl. no idea if this is the reason or not required of her?

Convenient and easy

The staff were amazingly friendly, more than happy to give food recommendations, even cooked a meal or two to try. The female only dorm was comfortable and the aircon worked well. Bathroom was clean considering it’s a hostel in Malaysia. There was lockers and bedding provided. The kitchen is small but has filtered water and is functional. My absolute favourite thing was the location. There are two shopping malls less than a 5 minute walk away. The train station is the same and it was approx a 20 min walk to the main attractions. It was easy to find and had everything you needed.

There wasn’t a lot. The cleanliness was what you would expect from a small hostel

Pleasant stay

Great location - hostel is between Berjaya times Square and LaLaport shopping centre, walking distance to Imbi and Hang Tuah Monorail/LRT. Host is helpful and accommodating. Each room come with attached bathroom. Simple breakfast is provided

No elevator provided to reach the hostel. You have to use staircase which is not a big issue if you don't have big luggage

L'únic bo la ubicació.

- La ubicació.

- El personal no era simpàtic ni agradable. Ni ens responien quan saludàvem. - L'habitació estava BRUTA. Els llençols i les tovalloles plens de taques, hi havia pèls per tot arreu i les parets plenes de taques d'humitat. La cadena del WC feia un soroll com si hagués de caure l'edifici i aquest soroll durava uns 3 minuts cada cop que tiràvem de la cadena. - Hi havia molt soroll a les nits i gent cridant pels passadissisos. Vam tenir problemes per dormir les 3 nits que vam ser allà. - El wifi no funcionava gaire bé.

Muy mal el chico de recepción! Quiso estafarme

La habitación está bastante bien para el precio y está bien ubicada. Ajusto al lado del monorraíl parada : imbi (directa desde kl sentral)

Las camas se mueven muchísimo. Pero me tocó debajo y sin nadie arriba así que si es así perfecto. Me quisieron cobrar de más. A pesar de que era la misma habitación, tuve que enseñarle el precio de Booking. Pero en general intentan estás jugadas siempre. Y el que la intentó conmigo estuvo con una actitud pésima, supongo que por no haberlo conseguido.

Fantastic location, decent facilities, kind staff, cheap prices.

The facilities were clearly in the midst of some renovations, so the location actually got better over the course of my stay! The location simply cannot be beat for KL - this location is central without being busy, and so many Malls, Street Markets, and Food locations are available within easy walking distance. Room was nicely air conditioned.

The faucet and sink in my room were leaking, and it left the washroom very humid and gross at times. Additionally, the lamp by my bed was broken as were some light switches. I may have simply gotten a bad luck of the draw, but the people who stayed in my room over the course of my ten days always had someone asleep in the room - so I never really had the lights on and found it hard to get to my stuff and maneuver at night. Additionally, it is a long way up three flights of stairs to get into the hostel, but the staff are so accommodating and helpful with any requests and were very flexible with my stay and attentive to my needs.

Nice location

The hostel location is literally one block away from Berjaya times square mall and less than 20 mn from KL pavillon , the hostel is nice , internet speed was good and basic breakfast was alright

I didn't like the fact that when I checked in the friendly guy at the reception first told me that no lower bed is available although I did mention it clearly when booking and when I insisted he ended up giving me a room on the first floor saying but it's on the first floor ... Didn't make sense .. And also didn't like that the room bathroom was all wet and been leaking the whole time of my stay

Very basic accomodation, not so clean, not so friendly.

Reasonably good location, good price.

The staff were not very friendly/ helpful. It was not very clean. A cockroach in the room.
