自助入住和退房非常便利，有停车位，对面就是公园，前台服务人员也很热情。

建议可以别的房型选择，比如两个卧室两张床而不是好多张。

good location, clean and comfortable

Good location, clean and surprisingly quiet. Ok value for money - but most caravan parks are getting expensive. We asked for an extra blow heater as the reverse cycle unit did not get the warm air to the bedrooms and this was easily accommodated.

one of the better caravan park stays, though it was mid week which may have been why it was nice and quiet.

We had a fishing weekend planned and this was the perfect location for that.

It was a great location and a good little cabin that met our needs. 4 adults and child stayed here very comfortably for the weekend. It was even better once we got Netflix going. :-)

Excellent service, clean and comfy

Loved the location, the cabin itself, the staff and the environment

While I understand they are used to slow traffic for safety reasons, humps in the middle of the roads are not good for small or low cars

It was the perfect family getaway

It was a clean, well looked after accomodation. The family had so much fun.

Well maintained, professional and friendly staff, spotless well equipped cabins.

A very well kept caravan park; we stayed in two adjacent cabins. They were well equipped, spotlessly clean, easy parking. Staff were very welcoming, pleasant and professional. An enjoyable and hassle-free stay.

Great value and accommodating staff

The cabins are homely and very comfortable with some currently being renovated and modernised. Actually, I booked two cabins, one single bedroom and the other a two bedroom. Also, I really appreciated the staff allowing me to have my car interior cleaned by an outside company beside my cabin.

A perfect entiere cabin with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. You have everything you need. It's a small house. Very easy to do a late check-in.

The cabin was clean and kitted out with everything you need and was spacious enough for an overnighter for 2 people.

I was not able to sleep as the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and with only thin blankets supplied I spent the entire night incredibly cold despite the electric blanket.

Overall we were disappointed with the weekend.

The location of the venue was ideal for us as the conference was just 2klms away. The facility was lovely and clean.

The airconditioneer did not work properly. It was set on 30deg when we arrived. But it certinally did not blow out that sort of Heat. Also the sheets on the bed were very cold tto sleep on .we just could not get warm. we do not like Electric blankets.

Close to river but pokey

Location was good for access to shops and the city centre. Only saw one staff member as the rest of the team was off sick - he was polite and helpful despite not feeling well himself.

2 bedroom chalet was pokey and difficult to move around, with a family of 4. There were not enough warm blankets, and those that were there were not very clean. There was not enough hanging space for the used bath towels.

Lovely renovated cabin

The renovated cabin was really lovely. Honeslyy didnt expect it to be so beautiful. The kids facilities were also good. Pool looked great. Would be a bonus if it was heated for use all year round or had a heated spa.

Check is was meant to be 2pm but we didn't get in until after 3pm. They said due to staff shortages which I understand. However I had to request a late check out (they only gave an hour extra) so no real compensation for the delay. The bunk beds were not made up either. Nothing in the games room was operational.
