Paluumatkalla Helsinkiin.

Sijainti loistava. Autopaikka parkkihallissa. Viihdyimme kaikista vastoinkäymisistä huolimatta hyvin. Ensikerralla kaikki voi olla paremmin. Toivottavasti.

Avain ei ollut avainboxissa, jouduimme soittamaan saadaksemme avaimen. TV:n kaukosäädin ei toiminut. Tulivat korjaamaan/säätämään sen. Keittiön valaistus surkea. Astiakaappien alla olevat loisteputket edelleen rikki. Katosta roikkuvat valaisimet 2/3 pimeinä. Makuuhuonessa ei ollut vuoteen vieressä lukulamppuja. Kahvinkeitin oli ainoastaan pressopannu. Sauna olikin muuttunut maksulliseksi (20 eur).

Location - close to the port, city center and supermarket. Convenient self-service key collection.

The sauna is only available for an additional fee and this information is sent only after the reservation is made. And if it is not used, there is no way to prove to the guest that the sauna was not used. If the lessor requires prepayment (the information is given before the reservation is made), then everything should be in order with the equipment. This was not the case here, there were several defects and only one (broken balcony door) was mentioned by the owners. On a hot summer day, there is nothing to breathe in the apartment, even if the air conditioner is on all the time. I can't even imagine what happens when you turn on the sauna :) .

Good location, beautiful place. Well equipped.

The sauna is for an extra charge and a deposit of 100.-€ had to be paid, which could have been stated more clearly. We often use rental apartments, and in the past there has been no problem with additional fees going unnoticed. This apartment is definitely not suitable for 5 people - the folding sofa in the living room is not suitable for sleeping. It has passed its time long ago! I felt sorry for my friend who had to sleep there. The bedclothes found in the closet were unsuitable - the sheet size was too small and the pillows had stains. The big bed was comfortable, but the pillow didn't smell good. The bed under the ceiling is too narrow for two people. The apartment is good for three people, the sleeping becomes uncomfortable if more.

Great apartment with amazing view and lovely interior

The apartment was bright and clean with really nice interior and amazing view on port. Its location was also great: close to the city center, a good restaurant (Argentina) and big mall were just nearby. Sauna was really good too.

A bit of quest with keys but the host prepared good instructions to get them, so it was fine after all. Moreover, I did not expect a deposit for apartment, so you should check about it in advance. Even though apartment was really nice, it had some minor defects. So do not expect that it is new like on pictures.

Excellent location and views as well as car parking in the house. The apartment is very functional for a family.

The sofa/bed is awful and mattress needs to be changed, it is probably the worst mattress I've seen for over 10 years. You could not expect such bad mattress in that apartment. The sauna was not working. When you order Lootsi apartment with sauna you sure expect apartment with working sauna. We were actually planning to use it as we are used to it and it is part of daily routine. But it seems that in this case you can never be sure what you are paying for. Besides the fact that sauna was no working and we haven't received any message on that, when I called the owner I was simply told thay it is not working and besides that "you didn't order sauna. we charge extra for sauna". That is a big surpirse as there is no information on that. One more strange issue is that you need to pay deposit payment 100€ to the owners account before moving in the apartment. This information is not clear at all on the stage of booking and definitely needs to be clearly mentioned in the main text on the stage of booking as it makes all process very complicated and I would have rather chosen some other apartment then make my life complicated in such simple issue.

Very good

Well equipped modern apartment with nice views. It is centrally located, check-in process was easy, and sauna was a pleasant bonus. We were informed by booking.com about the deposit, however it is not a common practice that the deposit should be paid by the bank transfer, it wasn't convenient, but ok. The only thing that we didn't like was the sofa in the main room, as the matrass on it was too uncomfortable to sleep. But it is an extra space, other beds were quite comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great location. Exceptionally clean and equipped up to the highest standard. Air con was a huge bonus during the heat wave. Shampoos were provided and towels were 5* soft

It was a hassle with deposit. I knew there is going to be one, but expected it to be taken/blocked automatically via booking. Instead 24 h before check in I was asked to pay the deposited to a separate account. So good to check mail before your planned visit as you are not getting any info about check in untill you pay the deposit. Also took over a week to get it back after the check out.

Great apartment with view on harbour

High quality apartment. Great view on harbour and ferries. Very close to shopping center or high fidelity restaurants. Contact with the owner flawless. Easy instuctions how to get to the apartment. Air conditioning and sauna. All amenities present. Clean. Perfection.

Expecting deposit to be paid outside Booking as a condition to get to the apartment was quite surprising. We got the request 1 day before arrival while asking for the details of check in. What if we didn't ask for that or manage to pay the deposit? Would the reservation be cancelled? However, one can rely to that as the owner probably had problems with devastation. Nevertheless, I suggest earlier notice or method change. It was a minor issue and doesn't influence on strong 10 mark in evaluation.

Superb

Port view, underground parking was a bonus because there was a lot of snow in the morning that we left. Also a private sauna - it was very nice to get warm after a cold winter walk in the city. Very clean.

There is just one space - no private room with a door - so it could be a problem if traveling with a small child. Also, I assume that some of the photos was old in booking.com, but overall had a great stay.

Absolutely great flat, huge windows, great view, sauna, liked it a lot

Super great flat, with huge windows, you can see the harbor with all the ferrys. Very cosy, very nice furniture, we liked it a lot! The sauna is a huge plus! Absolutely recommended to everyone. The city center is about 20-25 minutes of walking.

There was no information during booking about the 100€ deposit that we had to pay in order to get the key information.
