Limited supply of kitchen utensils, only one shower for four people.

Everything! It is surrounded with beautiful greenery, the pool is quite equipped with stylish lounge chairs, apartment is typical Provencal style with lovely terrace, fresh croissants and bread are provided daily on your request
It is a bit further away from main attractions and it takes more driving, no staff physically present

very neat garden and pool. the room styling is nice and the room is well equipped with all you need for you stay. plenty of relaxing corners in the surrounding area.
There is a washing machine that can be used for free, a place to light a camp fire, BBQ and tables.
The location is great for the Luberon area and it’s close to everything. there’s a supermarket 7 minutes by car and plenty of restaurants and patisseries nearby.
You could take a walk in the surrounding fields to relax and enjoy the fresh morning air.
Overall the place is magical and we enjoyed it very much and would definitely return if had the chance
the wifi in the room is poor most of the time and could use some improvement.
The room was clean but didn’t feel that clean (some mold in the bathroom, hair on the pillow, spider webs near the coffee counter). Not historical but I would expect some more attention to detail.
For a longer stay it is needed to replace the towels with clean ones.

Very attractive building, gardens and outlook.
So lovely to have a heated outdoor pool guaranteed to keep warm with the solar cover at night.
Secure parking & grounds.
My apartment number 3 was tastefully decorated to a high standard including a private patio area.
Kitchen well equipped. Good wi fi & TV.
Friends staying in the area will be booking this on their next visit to Provence.
Easy and efficient communications with Delphine.
Aldi supermarket is only a 12 minute car ride to stock up the fridge!
All good.

The location is excellent. The unit we were in was perfect with a beautiful view and comfortable layout. The staff were friendly and helpful and the on site laundry was very nice
Other guests parking in front of our room, but the management quickly sorted it out for us. Excellent service.

Apartment number 1 was nice with very comfortable beds in very peaceful surroundings.
The residence is a bit isolated and house equipment was slightly old (i.e toaster, television).

Beautiful small garden with the pool and very comfortable pool chairs, cute little apartment (No11, was bigger in reality than it looked on the pictures) with a big terrace with a beautiful view
No personal contact to hosts. I understand this is due to COVID, but there was not even a welcome not or a sheet with the house rules in the apartment when we arrived, which felt very anonymous.
A lot of other guests had dogs, which resulted in some dog excrements on the walkway (but this was cleaned by the hosts immediately).
And the last day was unfortunately the gardening day with loud machines and a lot of biting insects flying around.
So overall, the apartment and location was nice, but the service/ operations of it were not optimal.

I am very picky about bedding. The bed was comfortable. The linens were 100% cotton. The pillows were comfortable. The towels were soft. The tub was just right and the shower was wonderful. The views were amazing.
The bakery delivery was very appreciated each morning.
At first it was hard to find the light switch for the bathroom. And one night after dark I accidentally pushed in the fire alarm thinking it was the light switch in a very dark outside alcove. Thankfully the fire department did not show up.
