الفندق خدمته سيئة مافيه احد يرد عليك ويوم جيت اطلع طلبت احد يجي يشيل اغراضي انتظرت نص ساعة محد جاني شلت اغراضي بنفسي واشتكيت لهم وطلبت وجاني المدير انسان غير محترم ويعاملني باسلوب وقح ويتهمني بالعنصرية وما اقول الا الله لا يوفقهم وحسبي الله عليهم وما راح اجي المكان مرة ثانية لانهم ما يعترفون بخطأهم ويحطون التهمة عليك ويقولون عنك اذا اشتكيت انك عنصري والله قلة ادب متهم

Good but some issues.

The apartment was a good size and the location is great for activities in the Amwaj area. The room service is also good and the staff are for the most part friendly. The view from our room on the 12th floor was good.

The pool is currently not available to guests, which we did not know in advance. We were also unable to have outside food delivered to our room, which we have previously, despite having arrived late with a sleeping child. The reception and security staff were quite unhelpful with this particular issue.

Great place for a family vacation

Room 1201 excellent. Large living room and good size kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. New towels were welcome. Roomed cleaned extremely well by staff.

Better selection of food at Waves restaurant needed.

The night shift staff were not nice, they even yelled at us ! they were not helpful while we were checking in at mid of night, they didn’t even want to smile or welcoming us, the room was missing alot of things even we mentioned our number, the kitchen had no pots, no enough dishes, the room service took about 30 mins to bring what we asked for. The breakfast was very poor, no many options and the food was cold although I was there at the beginning 7:00 AM. They wanted to charge us on non-adult breakfast with half price after we finished eating when no body informed us about that in night shift checking in. This definitely the last time I visit this place!

It was clean

This is not the first time towels slippers and amenities are missing.. Once I enter the room I expect to find towels.. they are very slow to bring towels and hairdryer which is supposed to be in the room.. I have to wait like 20 to 30 minutes.. It’s not comfortable at all after a long travel to wait for my towels and hairdryer!! The security guy is rude and shouting on the phone too… Everything is missing in the room and I have to call and wait and wait for very long time.. TV in the bedroom was not working either… I had a terrible stay as regular guest I don’t think I should be received in this way…
