A delightful experience

We had booked out of the main season so it was a quiet time at Villa Anastasia but Our hosts Tony and Marion were exceptional, from picking us up at the airport helping us arrange a car, giving us information and when possible showing us around Mesagne and other beautiful Places in this region. Our room was very clean aand comfortable we had everything we needed, our breakfast was a typical continental breakfast good choice of fruits yogurts fresh rolls pastries etc, Villa Anastasia is in a quiet setting, I would describe it as Italian quaint and rustic it is around 2miles to Mesagne you do need a car as there are no pavements and the main road is busy so walking although doable would not be pleasant and no street lights at night until you reach mesagne. There was everything you needed if staying in for the day or evening, nothing ever eemed to be to much trouble.

Relaxing & Enjoyable stay in traditional Italian villa.

Loved the traditional Italian rustic charm of the bungalow we stayed in. Tony & Marian are perfect hosts & Couldn’t do enough for us. Tony even set up bbq for us one evening & sorted booking at local restaurant another. Breakfast was just amazing - all you could want / need . Pool was busy , but we liked the atmosphere .

Would have liked some lunch food options from pool bar.

There should be a limit on how many non residents use the pool and how long into the evening they can stay…having non residents in the pool and taking over facilities at 22.30 isn’t ideal

Harmony place!

Very pleasant environment! Peace, purity and harmony! Tony the owner and his wife are very nice people. They help me with everything. We arrived at night and he welcomed us kindly. Ours was a very beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment! I hope to come back again because we had a great time! Thank you so much for everything Tony!!

Great four night stay with helpful hosts

Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Tony and Marion were very helpful,- restaurant recommendations, lifts into Mesagne, and especially a lift to the train station when it was pouring with rain. Tony arranged car hire for three days which worked very well. He took us in his car to sort out the paperwork and also to take the car back. The price we felt was reasonable and the car was what we expected. We visited Alberobello(trullis), Matera(a long day but worth it) and Ostuni(lovely hilltop town). The pool area was very clean and spacious, lots of bed chairs and seating areas. The pool was lovely. We had already realised that the pool was used by others not staying at the Villa, so wasn’t a surprise. Overall, a great four night stay, with very friendly hosts. Good value for money

Room was a little dark. And it was a bit further from the town of Mesagne than we thought,

Brilliant time, lots of fun for all the family, hoping to return soon!

From start to finish we had the best time here. Breakfast was excellent, pool was perfect for young and old, Tony and Marion looked after us like family, absolutely wonderful. As a family we are hoping to return as soon as possible.

Fantastic - lovely place

Villa Anastasia is an oasis beautiful gardens and attractive clean swimming pool. We had a lovely stay in what was a little self contained bungalow, with bedroom, fully equipped kitchen/diner, bathroom with good shower, and an additional bed area. outside garden area with terrace and BBQ - Great! Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice. Tony and Marion are lovely people very welcoming and helpful. Would say you need transport as quite a walk to Mesagne. Tony lent us bikes and then arranged for us to hire a car for 3 days - amazing. For a fee he drove us to the airport to return to UK.

We will be back !

it’s quaint and rustic, comfortable and clean. Town is a bit of a trek but a good walk if that’s what you like, if you don’t like then Tony or Marion will drive you in and bring you back! nothing is too much trouble and they are great company.

Fantastic

Breakfast was excellent. Tony and Marion are very nice. Helping with everything you need. Tony helped us getting cars for three days . So we could see a bit of the country. You need a car there. You can not walk to a city or supermarket. Swimmingpool was ok. The children loved it. Especially the evening swim. Instead of 2 appartments we had a small villa with our parents together. That was amazing and we did not expect that. Everything was very clean. We had a really pleasant stay.

Sometimes the swimming pool was very crowded because local people swim there also.

We would definitely stay here again!

the setting was beautiful, close enough to the town and autoroute.

We were not too sure about where breakfast was served or the times, although we were served as soon as we arrived by the poolside and it was lovely.

Great place to stay close to Brindisi. Fantastic pool. Very comfortable.

Cheap and cheerful little resort with a magnificent pool. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

The dog barked early in the morning.

Excellent place

The place is extremely clean and welcoming. Room was a real good size. Garden surroundings are beautiful. The place is very relaxing. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was in the room with a fridge and breakfast table and all the goodies you need to eat in the morning. Parking on the premises is excellent. The villa is only 7 minutes from the center of Mesagne where you can find plenty of places to eat. The villa is good for all ages. I definitely recommend this place.

Pleasant

The bedrooms are nicely decorated and have air conditioned.

Busy b&b. The swimming pool is used as well from locals. About 50 local people joining the swimming pool. Not place to relax.

Cleanliness, courtesy of staff, large room and enjoyable park and pool. Good breakfast and modern air conditioning (silent and efficient)
