è un posto semplicemente incantevole, in posizione meravigliosa con vista mare, una terrazza bellissima e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. host attento e di una gentilezza incredibile, ci hanno fatto anche trovare una bottiglia di vino per festeggiare l'arrivo, pulizie 2 volte in 5 giorni e una volta ci hanno anche fatto trovare una fetta di torta.

se proprio bisogna segnalare qualcosa:
per noi Italiani manca il bidet e il terrazzo è in comune con altri appartamenti (a noi non ha dato nessun fastidio perché vi era una sola altra coppia di persone veramente discrete nell'appartamento accanto)

I couldn't fault a thing , location is perfect beach is approximately 5-7 minutes if walking the "long" route via paved paths , but if you take the path direct down the hill probably 3-5 depending how adventurous/energetic you feel. View is (as per website) directly over the bay where you can watch sun set over the mountain (if you can drag yourself away from beach early enough!) . The Town is also very close (although far enough away to be very quiet..... apart from Donkey hoof steps in the daytime!). The room was lovely , modern but still with a feel of being in Greece rather than "corporate". Our hosts (all the family) were lovely and couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating , we arrived to a nice bottle of Cava (which didn't go to waste) and our stay could not have been better .... will definitely return!

We had a couple of occasions when the water wasn’t hot for showers. When it did get warm the shower wasn’t very powerful. We did raise this with the hosts who advised that if this happened again simply let them know and they would switch on the hot water which they did but hot water should be always available as a basic requirement. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Lovely location and very clean and well equipped studio. Just a shame that the hot water situation spoiled it slightly.

The studio is well located.
Unfortunately, our 5-day stay at this property was marred by a distressing incident. On the third night of our stay, we returned late to our room after a wedding and, regrettably, did not lock it from the inside. The next morning, we discovered that some valuable jewelry was missing (one bracelet worn during the wedding and a pair of earrings worn the day before).
We thoroughly searched our belongings multiple times, but after a 2-hour research we decided to contact the owner of the place. We explained the whole situation and she immediately protected herself, telling us who might have been followed during the night or that the robbery could have been done by one of our friend or staff during the wedding we attended (which was not possible as I came back with my bracelet and did not wear the earrings). Given the situation, we decided to report the incident to the police and shared to the owner the jewelry had serial numbers engraved, making it very difficult to sell.
Surprisingly, on our last day, while packing to check out, we found the missing jewelry neatly grouped in the luggage we had searched multiple times over the previous days. Happy to realize the robber took the « smart decision », we however wanted to understand what happened and asked the owner how many staff members had access to the room (the answer was herself and her daughter-in-law only) to get the opportunity to discuss and leave “peacefully” even though it completely ruined 2 full days of our stay. However, she did not let us the opportunity to discuss and immediately lost her mind, threatening us if we decided to write a bad review on Booking and asking us to leave the property immediately.
As you can imagine, we are still deeply shocked by the whole situation and could never encourage anyone to stay in that place.

Hosts were lovely leaving little treats for us through the week and checking everything was OK. Apartment had everything you needed even tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid and plug in insect repellent. The apartment was very clean and modern with a view across main beach. Location was perfect 5 mins walk from the square, less the 10 mins to the beach,15 mins to the Acropolis even for a unfit person like me.
We would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Lindos.

The standard of the accommodation was excellent: comfortable, cleaned and beds made etc every day and the bathroom facilities were really great with a clean and well appointed very well functioning shower. The hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful but only when we needed it and they provided a very welcome personal collection to and from the airport at reasonable extra cost. Although the terrace, providing a glorious view of the bay, is shared with the occupiers of of the other 2 studios reasonable privacy if required is possible. The studios are located in a very pretty part of the old Lindos very convenient for 2 of the beaches (bit of a hill involved) near enough to the bustling centre but in a quiet location. Hearing the donkeys clip clopping by taking people up to the Acropolis was charming.
our only slight gripe was our view of the bay from the windows of the studio was partly obscured by a large locked cupboard which i believe contained the clean linen and maybe cleaning materials

Giota and Tsabikos are outstanding, generous & kind hosts. The studio was absolutely gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, furnished and decorated for luxurious relaxation. We felt so exclusive, having a key to this beautiful place such that other tourists literally stop and photograph the entrance door, wondering what's behind. Book now! You will not be disappointed with the amazing Greek hospitality here.

This was the ideal accommodation for a couple in Lindos! We stayed in Chrysanthi Studios near the end of August. The location was perfect, the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating and the room itself was gorgeous and very clean! The views from the appartment were beautiful as well. The appartment was in the perfect location for both the beach and the village so there was easy access to both. The hosts gave us amazing restaurant recommendations and also were very helpful with sorting our travel to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this stay to friends and family. We hope to stay in this amazing appartment again in the future!

The apartment was beautiful, the location was perfect. Tsabikos and Giota were so friendly and helpful from the minute we booked. We arranged transport to and from the airport with Tsabikos too which was great. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Very modern and cosy with traditional touches! The hosts are so friendly and you can ask for information of where to go for food etc. The location is amazing with sea view, very central but not noisy at all. If we go back to Lindos we would defined stay here again 🙂

The location was perfect - 2 mins to the centre of town but away from the centre so quiet in the evenings, next to a lovely cafe, a bar, and one of the best restaurants plus only a 5 min walk to the beach. The room was a great size and just like the photos, the shared terrace had a great view over the bay.
Finally, the hosts were excellent, providing transfers from the airport and to rhodes town and generally being really helpful and kind.

Everything was perfect it’s such a beautiful place. The owners are so friendly and helpful and genuinely want you to have a nice time. The rooms are spotless and have the best bathrooms in Greece. Free Air con, free safe. Mirrors in all the right places and plug sockets too. Great Shower. You get a lovely welcome pack with water, jams, butter, toast and even a bottle of wine. It was my husbands birthday and they organised cocktails for us at our favourite bar. I can’t thank this wonderful kind couple enough. Taxi pick up and return by them. If you are lucky enough to get a studio here you will not be disappointed it’s amazing with a view to die for ❤️❤️ And I even got a leaving present. Loved every minute. Thank you, Definitely would stay there again. Nicest Genuine People I have ever stayed with. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hosts and the rooms were absolutely lovely. The small touches really did make the difference e.g. lots of water bottles in the fridge, bread with spreads, coffee machine pods, fresh cleaning supplies, abundance of towels, post it notes etc, good quality toilet paper is underrated! (all complimentary of course). The rooms were a good size, laid out well, clean, and had all of the amenities you'd need for a self catering option. Little touches of colour coordination between the night lights in each room and the bottles of washing up liquid - I assume it was intentional - really tells you the level of thought put into presenting the suites.
Giota and his wife were very responsive to any requests or when we needed local information. My favourite part of the rooms were the bathrooms, almost a Moroccan clay style but modern at the same time. And the view of Lindos main beach when you come out of your front door is just unreal. If I'm ever back in Lindos, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

The location was incredible and the owners were super kind and helpful. You can easily walk to all beaches and are right in the historic district. The view from the terrace is incredible. No need for a car as you can walk to all markets, shops, restaurants, beaches, acropolis, etc. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The mini kitchen had everything you need if you don't want to eat out all the time and the bathroom was re-done recently.
Nothing. The owners were wonderful and provided all kinds of helpful recommendations. Any question or need we had was answered quickly and kindly by the owners. There really wasn't anything we didn't like.
