The location was great, exceptional customer service, serene and discret environment and lovely staff.

They can improve on their sewage system. The odour from the toilet is quite offensive.

this place is a must try, i would definitely stay here again. everyone on board at this location is dedicated to making

i chose this property because it was close to the marriage registry as i was getting married. but it became extra great when i realized it was also very near a lot of good restaurants that were opened late, lots of night life, there were grocery stores that were convenient to get to in the area and this made i and my husbands stay very pleasant. i loved the continental breakfast every morning, which two lovely and friendly young ladies who worked the front desk took time to bring up to our room which was much appreciated. all the staff at this location were very friendly, i loved the personality of the handsome young man who helped keep our room clean, all the gate men were very very helpful and friendly as well. me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was okay, i guess. Staff were friendly and the location good.But they maintenance need to improve

location was good, close to most places staff were good and friendly car park

Cleanest of the room was bad dusty and dirty behind the windows AC was not working, had to change room 3 times poor room condition Not much choice of breakfast, giving the same breakfast every days, some days they dont even bother Poor room condition fridge was very bad condition damp in some of the room no signal , tv not working no kitchen services, no microwaves, wasted a lot of money on takeaway, no where to warm food

Staffs was friendly,respectful and helpful,...room air-condition was good,the water heater was okay

the management should improve in cleanliness, the bathroom was not clean,the cabinet in the bathroom is dirty, the washer sink was dirty,the shower tap needs to be fixed, you can literally see dirts by the bed side cos the mattress didn't fit properly.............apart from the cleanliness issues, every other thing is ok,no TV channel options, just one channel

a good location, furnishing not bad, 'homey feel' which is good, helpful receptionist.

location was good and easy to find on the map.

Deep cleaning is really needed in the room. The mattress being smaller than the bed exposed the edges of the bed frame and it was really filthy. I moved the armchair to face the TV for my mum to have a better view of the TV and the underneath was horribly filthy. To me this shows very defective room cleaning. I could not use the bedsheet or duvet for fear of bedbugs. This marred my whole experience.

Pleasant stay at VI

The location was perfect. Close to Embassies and important offices. Very close to shops and eateries. The breakfast was simple but nice.

The bathroom was not very clean, and it was a bit tight.

My confirmed booking was sold out without telling me and they just don't care .I m really sad.

My confirmed booking was sold to another person even after I called and was told my booking is confirmed,no call no message was sent to me until got to the Venus after a very long travel,to be told there is room for me this an accommodation that I was confirm and I also call 2 days before my arrival I was stranded confused,and start loitering around and asking for another hotel within the area I felt bad ,tired and exhausted.pps if you are to book this hotel and told you were confirmed,take with a pitch of salt.

I absolutely don't like anything there as I was disappointed,as the staff sold out my confirmed booking with informing me .they make me sent double of my budget as I have to look for another hotel that night and it was even a shalet they could afford me .I fect very horrible and down.

proximity to other parts of the city

The property operates in a very unprofessional manner. They refused to honor the booking that was well confirmed and wanted a higher rate, which is actually criminal behavior. They advertise on the platform and draw customers, only to try and switch by rejecting the room rate from booking and demanding their own rate.

I didn't stay. Just glimpsed at the room and left

The location is very close to where I needed to be, so my choice of the hotel

Everything was wrong from the door. The rug was old and dirty. The rooms were small and dank. The bedding were not matching at all.The bathroom was not nice at all. I couldn't stay, I left after inspecting the room. Fortunately I made another reservation .

Very neat room, very helpful staff and great location.

The breakfast is good. Location is great. Everything is working perfectly in the bathroom. I tried to use the Wifi but it was password expectedly. I really enjoyed my stay and will surely visit again soon.

There should be numbers available in the room to contact reception, bar etc. They should also work on breakfast being ready before 9am.
