The perfect place to stay in Split if you want to be close to everything and have your own private outdoor space

It’s a very pleasant and comfortable home to stay

It was very spacious, cozy, comfortable. The rooms were clean and tidy. In the kitchen every tool and kitchenware available if somebody want to cook or make a dinner. The roof terrace has exceptional value. The dishwasher machine and the washing machine are very handy to have.

Fabulous stay in 1904 Villa in the heart of Split.

We loved everything😍Fantastic penthouse with wonderful huge terrace, super comfortable, great amenities, full of art pieces giving a warm and friendly welcome. Very pieceful, but still close to everything.

That we had to leave🥹🥹 Mrs Vinka is a wonderful host. We’ll be back!

The host was very welcoming and the location was perfect for trips throughout the city.

Parking is a bit difficult and you have to be ready to park it a bit further but all reasonable.

Great stay! Highly recommend

This was not the fanciest bnb I’ve ever stayed in but I think it’s the best equipped. Spacious, clean, central. We really enjoyed our stay here. Vinka was a very helpful host.

There was only reliable internet access in the living room which was a problem since it had a bed. If someone was sleeping there you couldn’t use internet

Best apartment in Split

Fantastic accomodation in the heart of Split. A 5 min walk or less to everything you need in Old Town. Restaurants everywhere, cafes, gelato, supermarkets, waterfront, 12 minutes to the viewpoint. Immaculately clean. Vinka has thought of everything you need. We spent so much time on the beautiful balcony with city views, lovely breeze in the heat and shadey. Would definitely recommend.

The Villa is in a great location, just outside the old palace walls. 5 min walk into the centre. Beautiful outside terrace and very comfortable apartment with everything provided to enjoy stay. Vinka is a fabulous host who was so helpful and friendly. We loved our time in Split and we will definitely go back.

Very friendly host, easy to communicate Close to the old town, many things to do in walking distance, close to the bus station

Nearby school with (obviously :D) noisy kids from early hours, which is okay, they're kids, but it would've been nice to know that in advance (so you could keep the windows closed for example) Kitchen had super many pots, pans, glasses etc. but no knife you could actually use for cutting

Wonderful terrace, great location

We enjoyed everything during our week in Split. The apartment is centrally located and well equipped, and we loved the amazing rooftop terrace! Beds are comfortable. We had great communication with the host before and during our stay.

Lovely apartment, terrace and host!

Explored Split for 5 days (2 adults and 2 teeenagers), this apartment has everything! Lovely big! terrace with a wonderful view. Perfect for all meals. Great kitchen with everything you need. Two bathrooms and nice bedrooms. The host Vinka is very serviceminded. Could be a family member, very friendly =) Hope ro visit this apartment again. Thank you Vinka! /Kristina with family

This is the place to stay in Split.

We traveled to Split in week 42. Family of 3. This is the perfekt spot in Split, with everything you need both in the apartment, and in the area. The apartment is on the 2. floor with easy acces from the stairs. Huge apartment with plenty of room for a family of 4, with teens or grown up kids. 2 large bedroons, 2 toilets - and a kitchen with all you need - not to mention the terresse - a very large terresse, again with everything you need and more. Sunbeds diningtabel- sofas. Largest terresse i have ever seen. Very close to the old town - but far enough away to avoid the noise and crazyness of bars and parties. Very close to all the busses that will take you everywere - Airport, Trogir etc. Excelent host too.

Would highly recommend for a place to stay in split

Location to old Town loved the terrace when in apartment we spent all our time on it. We felt like home away from home ,it had everything you need. Vinka was every good host keep in contact during our two weeks stay to make sure everything was ok
