Very clean, new, tidy rooms, clean and working well shower.

Breakfast is very tiny. Bread, hams, cheese to make sandwiches, and once a very nice eggs with beacon. In overall breakfast is a one from you won't get fat for sure )))

Beautiful landscape, spacious room, quiet location on edge of town.

Breakfast was delicious -just not a large selection Restaurant and bar not open during my stay as listed.

Good place to stay

Spacious clean rooms, good wifi, parking, calm location. There is no reception, so we called the owner, he came fast and was very welcoming, helped is to order pizza from local place.

The location is very quite, we could only hear the birds singing. We had a pleasent stay and we enjoyed our room, with 2 king size beds, confy mattresses, all was very clean with a smell of new. The kitchen was well equiped.

the host speaks good English and allowed us late check-in and even meet us when we get lost.

There no water to drink. The property host can make at least payed water. Old linen and towels.

Upon arrival, we did not find anyone from the staff at all, only after half an hour, teenagers appeared who do not understand any language except Hungarian. Unfortunately, they did not help to understand all the conditions of staying in this hotel. So in the morning we couldn't get the separately paid breakfast, so we left hungry. Perhaps this establishment is designed for local travelers only.

Beautiful place to stay

we arrived a little later and struggled to find the place. when we arrived the reception was closed but we called the owner and within 5 minutes the problem was solved. inside the property everything was beautiful, clean, tidy. the room was quiet, clean and with a huge bed. we loved it, for sure we will come back.

the location is very convenient because it is close to the highway. but the surroundings seemed a little dubious.

Large bed, enough space, helpful staff.

The breakfast was definitely not "rich". It even did not include fresh water or juice. To swallow my morning pills I had to buy a small bottle of water. Minor things in the room: WC was in a different room than bathroom, but there was only one towel - one has to go across the entire small apartment to dry washed hands. Unfortunate placement of electrical outlets - impossible to use the little lamp on the bedside table AND to charge phone. Etc.

Very well worth a trip

The complex is brand new and it is clear that a lot of work was done to make it. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, staff is friendly, and the breakfast was good.

The only minor suggestion I have is that the shower head was a bit flimsy and there was no shower curtain, so it was a bit hard not to spill water all over the bathroom floor.

The room was modern and new but some beds were creaky. The bathroom was nice and amazing and the balcony with the view was great. It is in the middle of nowhere though.

The kitchen and what was offered were not so clean. The room had a bunch of smelly martins that we had to remove.
