Will not stay there again

Room was dirty. Bedside light fell off wall. Bedspread had blood on it and there was a cockroach on the floor. The Asian staff were very noisy.

Good Location for races or Hamilton Hotel.

Bed was super comfy and shower head was great. Staff were friendly.

People arguing at our door over drugs at 2am. Couldn't park in front of room. One side of the bed smelt badly of vomit.

We have stayed here many years ago, it was very clean and tidy and the room was comfortable not now.

Very good location, close to the airport. We stayed there several times some years ago and it was very nice then. Things have changed dramatically.

The room was poorly maintained, and the beds were very uncomfortable. What little maintainable has been carried out is sub-standard, particularly in the bathroom. There was only one mug and one cup in the cupboard and no plug in the basin which made shaving difficult. The bedding and towels did not have that fresh laundry feel about them.

DO NOT BOOK !!!

This place is horrendous! I walked in, looked at the broken furniture, mouldy walls and ceiling, cockroach in the bathroom and then... smelt the room... and walked out and went elsewhere. The room next to me was full of broken beds, chairs, and all assortment of junk.

Not again, I an on an around Australia tour, and this was easily the worst motel out of 22.

No breakfast was offered.

The carpets were filthy and there was a bad smell in the room. The walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbors talking all night. In general, the buildings need an upgrade.

Late check in.

Nothing here had been upgraded since it was built, by the looks. Tiles missing in bathroom, ripped curtains, stained sheets. Motel from Hell.

A very run down and shabby establishment (our unit was, at least). Shame, location is prime.

Not so much to like about this place unfortunately. It was the only option in the location we needed and we appreciated that it was a basic motel, but the level to which it's been run down is beyond "budget". The only thing that pleased was some decent quality toilet paper (rare) and plenty of it for our one night stay.

This is a very rundown place, that looks nothing like the bright photos online. It's clean enough in some places and quite dirty in others (chair cushions, curtains etc). One very flat pillow, and a tiny wafer thin towel each, barely enough to dry a normal sized body. Various other shabby details that I won't bother mentioning, perhaps the photos will give a clue.

Lots of yelling and screaming throughout the night. Room and shower was very dirty, microwave was very old, rusted and broken, lots of ants. Towels were dirty.

It was okay the shops and food outlet around were great and easy to walk to.

The paid worker was fantastic very helpful and accommodating.

I liked the convenience from the airport at such a late time and the hospitality

the only thing I was upset was the room was cleaned up too quickly and I didn’t receive a breakfast menu and the tv remote was missing from the room.

Handy location, door locks made you feel secure

Good location, with on-site parking. Good door locking system, felt secure inside.

Walls very thin, we could one side neighbours outside lighting cigarettes and other side the neighbours screaming (abusively) until very late. The curtain rail was loose so felt the curtains were not closed enough for neighbours to see in. The room was very dated. Cupboards would not close flush, Plastic container with cutlery had 5 knives and 1 fork. Photos were deceptive. When neighbours stopped screaming, we did get a few hours of good sleep.

No milk no tissues bed was hard there was a spider in one room and a wasp in the other a drawer was missing and the towel rail broke very noisy people talking at the front of my room around 10.00pm bad luck if I wanted to sleep

Don't waste your money staying here even if it's close to the airport. Nightmare.

The poor cleanliness of the rooms, pools, kitchenette and bathroom. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend honestly. They need to renovate and accommodate better in must have things like a small rubbish bin in your room. Hand towel. These should be a given right? Nope not here. Pool was closed due to be unusable.

mostly adequate

It's a basic room with aircon to stay in, which is all that I required. I can't believe how expensive it is to get the bottom-of-the-line option now, but that's the market.

booking.com says that there is an optional breakfast for $12, but there is no way to opt out, and it isn't actually provided at all. Blatant false advertising. I stayed there for the pool (I'm very pregnant and needed to spend time floating in water to take stress off my back), and was initially told the pool would be usable "in a few hours", then "tomorrow afternoon" without explanation. Fortunately the next morning the person who was actually cleaning the pool told me I could use the upper soaking pool even though the main pool was still out of commission. The proprieter saw me there and tried to tell me again that it wasn't usable but I was able to stay. I inquired in my booking if it was possible to have a late checkout, and was told that it was fine to leave before 11am. At 10:30 the proprieter knocked at my door wanting to know why I hadn't left, and then ranted about how the person who approved 11am didn't have the authority to do so. No bin or tea in room; no outlets within reach of the bed. Constant construction noise (including hammering and sanding on the other side of my wall).

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient

The motel it self smelt of both bleach and mold and the bathroom was the worst, didn't want to be in there at all, smelt like a rat had died. We werent supplied any towels (not that it was going to usable).
